Anglerfish usually sit on the bottom of the ocean and wait for prey to swim by. How do they catch these? Are they dragging a hook across the bottom of the ocean? Trawl nets? Spearguns?
It’s a monk fish, related to anglers but not as deep down in the ocean. They sit on the seafloor by reefs and whip that proboscis that they have on their head back and forth like a lure.
And Actually you’re not correct about a true angler fish. They do live in the midnight zone, they don’t sit on the bottom of the ocean. Go on Google and look up “Angler fish” and you will see how they hunt. It’s not by sitting on the bottom of the ocean
The Asians eat every part of fish. It does not matter if it’s fishy they eat. They drink a lot with there food, use spices the India people are same, these people stink. I do not like to buy Asian food, like there chicken, they eat cats, rats, dogs and spice it up for America people. Since government trying to take cows and come up with bird flu, we might just be eating whatever?
Excellent method to cut up the fish! Lots easier than chasing it all around a slippery cutting board! Letting gravity work for him. I had monkfish the first time in culinary school in a bouillabaisse, it was fabulous! Way better than cod or halibut.
You're watching a video you're not used to seeing. They've all seen it a 1000x. This is a restaurant and noise is normal. When you go to a hibachi restaurant, do you stop talking and watch the person on the grill cook every time?
Just for that small chunk of meat ur skinning that whole giant fish .. what kinda dish is this .. doesn’t make sense for me plus raw .. rather opt for other varieties of alternatives ..
