I have been to Greece 3 times, I don't know any Greek words, I should at least learn how to say please and thank you next time :) but everyone speaks English in Greece anyway :)

Came to this video to rewatch the recipe again. I just realized the guy with the blue jacket ( 1:28 ) was in master chef with akis. I love this dude. Glad to see that they kept their friendship. I've seen others from back then with akis occasionally.

Yuzu kosho (also yuzukosho, literally "yuzu and pepper"), is a spicy Japanese sauce made from green or yellow yuzu zest, green or red chili peppers, and salt. Slivered yuzu rind is also used to garnish a savoury, salty egg-pudding dish called chawanmushi, as well as miso soup.

Here, in Sydney, Australia, my local pub bistro charges about $15.00 (about £8.50) for a steak sandwich that's nowhere near as good as this one. I reckon you could get at least $20.00 (about £11.50) to $25.00 (about £14.50) for yours. I wish you could come to "food-busk" here, in Sydney, Australia! I'd be at the head of the queue! Double thumbs up!

Interesting sidenote,if you are in a Japanese home in Japan and they offer ypu to have hamburger or burger as a dinner with them,do not shock if their served burger or hamburger does not served with any bread,because that is burger or hamburger to them.

Great Job nice Combination of Chef and i would pay for it 10 pounds for sure thats a nice meal to make my stomach full !! Keep going ( and use Greek yogurt its useful :P )
