Shorts Ribs Flanken cut are by far my favorite cut of beef. Marinated in a Korean coconut, oyster and soy sauce and char grilled. I use the cheap cuts from the Mexican butcher. I can’t imagine what these would taste like🤤

I don't recommend you put wagyu on a grill. The fat will melt very fast and cause flare ups. I tried it. Once.

Wagyu has been imported to America and Australia and crossbred, etc. Japanese Wagyu signifies not only that it is the japanese breed of beef but that it was also bred and raised in Japan.

@@Phony81 yes I know it's a breed and it's from Japan but the marbling is wrong it's either a really bad grade or it's American wagyu which is a mixed breed which is why I said a5 it's a grade i doubt it's even a1 my guess it's some other mixed
