JBL Flip 4 - Unboxing + How to Setup

The Flip 4 is the best speaker in the JBL Flip line-up till date, without any doubt. I got mine in India for $91 in November 2019 but the price went up to $110 after that and has pretty much remained there. You may ask why and the reason is, the Flip 5 is not better. The Flip 4 has brighter sound and a very tight bass and mids. It also has 2 active drivers and a 3.5 aux output, the latter essential for watching video without lag / latency. The Flip 4 also has a bass boosting feature. Press the Bluetooth and the Volume down button for about 10 seconds and you enter the Low Frequency Mode. Now your Flip 4 is ready to kill. I also love my blue as my friend loves his red and others their different hues. This speaker is a perfect blend of sound, portability, style and ruggedness. It has an IPX7 rating and it lives up to it. The price at $100 is very fair all considered. And if you can by any chance place it in a corner, it blows the lid off far larger speakers! This is a speaker you will fall in love with and never tire of!! 10/10, 5*

Your video is very helpful because I did not think mine came with a charger cord because of the box I did not say included. So when you showed the pull-out box with a cord I looked in the my box again and found the pull out box with a cord and instructions. Thanks for the helpful video.

I agree with the choice not to do an audio test because you won't be able to do it justice. I heard someone in my place stream music through his Flip 5 and I was blown say by it and made me want to buy one most specially this Flip 4.

Shouldn't you fully charge it first before turning it on and using it for the first time? I've been trying to find an answer to this question.

When u turn jbl on it sounds like a car

there is a bug in the video description the driver left and right are passive bass diaphragms the speakers themselves are on the front at the JBL logo the principle is the same as with the JBL Xtreme and the big boombox

There is this problem, I think that playing via AUX sound is more controlled, clearer bass and less distortion. But it cuts out the sound on quiet passages in the songs, or in the movie, it soo annoying. Does anyone have a solution? It works fine with BlueTooth, but let's say, movies, the sound has a delay via BlueTooth so it's weird.
