Can you explain where you hooked up your boost gauge to? I have a Jeep xj and my line is into the intake manifold, and it Ts into the waste gate. So currently I have vacuum reading. I want to get a boost reading to ensure target boost but I’m a little confused
There’s is a 1/4 npt vacuum port next to the throttle body on the intake manifold we used to ensure a proper reading. There was also one beside that one we used to control the wastegate. Originally it went to the vacuum canister in the drivers side inner fender next to the firewall. I would avoid using a T fitting because it can cause an incorrect reading on the gauge
