Cam and or lifter wear is your issue. You have a flat lifter bottom on the slow push rod cylinder.

What are the Symptoms that led you to check for this? Was there an odd engine Sound at all, while driving?

yes, the engine had a slight rod knock and then over time these got louder and louder. Since I made this video I ended up rebuilding the engine.
