I just installed the Tera Flex 3.5 springs on my Gladiator. The passenger side spring is bowing towards the sway bar, and not leaving clearance between the two. The driver side looks ok, with a slight bend or bulge towards the rear, not causing any issues.Any suggestions?
nitto trail grapplers 37/12.5 r17 I prefer nittos or Coopers they make great tires for the on and offroad use. The nittos on the jeep in the video ride really nice and perform very well offroad
This jeep wrangler is a sports unlimited right? also what size is your wheels and tires and the negative offset for the wheels? This 3.5 lift kit and tires and wheels when full turning left to right or driving forward or backing up is there any rubbing on the tires or no?
would I be correct if I said that a suspension lift creates more ground clearance between the bottom of the ladder frame chassis & the ground surface??? In turn aiding in increased break over angle!!!
Could, and still should add this to the kit for better performance. Lowering the control arms makes it sort of like a long arm kit in that it's easier to roll over obstacles, vs control arms that are pushing down or into the obstacles.
Like Tim said similar to how long arm kits work although for this kit and other TF kits like it (looking at you gladiator) the brackets are even less intrusive and likely to get bound up. Even then if you add the sub two hundred dollar armor kit they sell you can bang em up all day, will be the least of your worries. If you go one of these st3/4 kits the clearance is not going to be an issue stopping you from doing extremely technical stuff.
4-5 so it should be about $600 or less. i know the dealership i got my jeep from has a custom 4x4 section and they told me any 2-3.5" lift kit they will install for $400. i am waiting for memorial day tire sales then i will have them put my 2.5" JKS one in.
@@Justforfun-ek7et when your front tire comes down the drop brackets can and most likely will get caught up on so much. They are a pain in the ass. Your better off finding a lower control arm that has a geometrical correct curve and install that to save you the headaches you will have from drop brackets. ( they also come lose time to time) been there done that.🤙
