If you're hot when you get a migraine you need either selenium magnesium or boron,...chilled with migraine zinc, copper Vitamin B1 or B6. I have been cursed with migraines for 40 years and have learnt to treat them nutritionally. Different parts of the neck under the jawbone swell for each specific deficiency. Migraines are simply caused by nutritional burnouts of particular/plural nutrients. Females who get migraine will get deficient in the antioxidant nutrients(stop you overheating) magnesium, selenium and boron, which are precursors to estrogen synthesis. Selenium migraine = hot with red face, weak/jelly legs, magnesium = hot with red face, leg cramps ..boron = hot with pale face and pain in lower back (kidney pain). If a female gets a chilled migraine it's always a vitamin B6 deficiency.

Lister.. that is incredible ~ that perhaps is the greatest compliment I’ve received about my music, I didn’t know it could have that effect! I too gave up drinking some years ago (I spent years and years on the road, touring with my psychedelic rock band Apollo Sunshine) and had MANY a drink... haha ~ creating this music and the yogic lifestyle that inspired it has helped me immensely calm that “spirit of fire” within... I wish you the best on your journey into sobriety

Thank you. Have you ever tried making music? Several of these pieces are 15 minutes + >>> This is extremely long for a piece of music and literally months of work go into a 15 minute piece. Also this album is 3 hrs long… Do you know many artists that release 3 hr albums? I don’t! >>> Haha… Find me a benefactor that will pay for me to spend months in a recording studio, and I’ll see what I can do for you!
