The manor looked like Lewchurch Hotel near Jethro’s club at Lewdown. We stayed there a few times while visiting Jethro’s club. Fond, fond memories. He’d stay up till the early hours chatting and serving US pints. Great man.
We needed Jethro to throw in a few old jokes. Nobody else could deliver them in that manner. On a few of his videos, the blurb says: "Remembered and performed by Jethro". It was not a state secret. That reminds me: he once performed for the Queen, and a small audience, at the Palace. "I kept it squeaky clean", he said. Good God, I would have loved to have seen that.
Where on earth did Jethro dig up the truly dreadful cronies he used in his videos? It looks as though he went to the least successful local amdram society and said "where are your rejects?"!!
Cant be too bad given the amount of DVDs and sell out shows hes done over the years and is still doing! Sounds like your a bit jealous hes a multi millionaire famous comedian and your a saddo watching him on youtube
