This poor woman is clearly mourning the death of her sister. She is trying to make sure her answers are clear and to the point. There's no way she wants the man who cold-bloodedly murdered her sister walking free. She can barely stand to glance in his direction. I wouldn't act any differently. She did an awesome job.
This poor woman looks like she doesn't want to talk about what happened because it's internally killing her. God bless her for coming forward and being brave!
I agree with you in everything except that, in my opinion, she stares at him quite boldly. Check at 5:38. She’s tired and suffers, but she’s strong and determined.
Your beautiful sister indeed. And what a beautiful family you have to support you through this tragedy. You are a far better woman than I. I know I wouldn't contain myself the way you did. We never recover from grieving our loved ones never.
Thank you, beautiful souls, for all of the kind words and thoughts and prayers. We are all doing remarkably well. So many people were loving us and praying for us and I know that had a lot to do with our healing. Thank you all💜
Feels like prosecutor is disrespectful to the sister and I hate that garbage about not asking age!! Hate hate hate it! This is about a freaking murder ffs! Who freaking cares how old she is? She didn’t seem to mind speaking and it just seemed flippant of him imo..
you guys are all idiots, asking and knowing her age is irrelevant to the case. He was just subconsciously letting her know that he understands that shes under public scrutiny and has consideration for her and what she may experience having to relive the moments of discovering the horrific loss of her best friend. A thought that hasnt left her since the moment it happened, and an anxiety that shes most likely had all the way up until this day, the day she has waited for so long, the day she gets to say her part to help lock this piece of shit up forever. she obviously can give a fuck less about wtf pple think about her age, she lost her sister, what ppl think of her is lightyears away. he was just politely telling her, "look, i know we gotta do this to lock this guy up, so im gonna do my best not to expose things that may be sensitive to you". you all clearly havnt experienced the a sibling being murdered, or testified on a witness stand. its sad knowing that any of you have nothing to do with this or know these pple, yet you can sit back in the comfort and safety of anonymity talk this much shit, for the sake of entertainment.
People need to stop connecting “how beautiful someone is “ with level of sadness. It’s like saying it’s more sad because they’re aesthetically beautiful by societies standards.Shallow people🙄 If you’re average looking you don’t deserve as much sympathy?
Nurse Bev beauty is subjective. A lot of people say that as they are trying to be polite. What others do, is they connect beauty with having better opportunities than the average looking person and they are intrigued as to what caused their death.
Starstruck 15 I realize that lol. It just has no place in this instance.its like saying if you’re average or ugly you deserve shit to happen to you. Comments like “she’s so beautiful ,it’s so sad”a lot of shallow ppl in the world 🙄
@@nursebev2249 I totally get what you're saying, but I don't think that's what they mean. I think they're trying to be nice, and complimenting the victim, and then saying how sad it is that someone was murdered. I don't think anyone's trying to imply that it's only upsetting because they think she was an attractive human being.
This poor family. I’m a just disgusted the three men planned and executed Dr. Shiever. There’s no reason for this tragic crime. I’m so sorry for Anne Lisa’s pain. Me and my sister are very close and if someone did this to her I’m not sure I could survive the pain.
She's pissed... so aweful to have to go thru. May this tragedy be a lesson to us all, how Jesus was also tortured by beating ..his family and mother also had to see it and process it. It seems this earth is where we go thru hell, to define who truly belongs in heaven
Oh, God. Bless. All this family. ❤️🙏🏽❤️😇❤️😭😭😭😭❤️😇❤️🙏🏽❤️ I’ve called the courthouse to see if I could come sit there with her family but can’t get an answer if it’s open or closed court. Just want to give support.LOTS of support. I’m here, I’m here, I’m here. She’s still my friend, still my doctor. I will always love her.
Aww, I'm so sorry for your loss. I hope they let you come sit in the courtroom. I can't even imagine what her children and family have been through. God bless 🙏
because the family was at the birthday party of the mother. its the prosecution's job to prove that teresa, the victim, left the mother's house to return home to florida by herself and her murderer husband stayed with them. it shows that his plan was to have his wife murdered when she returned home, because was when she would be home alone. its to show that the murderer used his visit with his mother-in-law as an alibi, and to prove his plan was to be there while his wife was murdered when she returned home. in court you have to prove the timeline of events, and also it's to prove that the family of teresa knew the murderer curtis wright.
Is Ann Lisa raising Theresas daughters? I feel so bad that she had to be in same room as that monster who murdered her sister :(. I hope they are all doing well.
Edward Harris Ann Lisa set up the time line of where everyone was when Teresa was murdered. Also explained why Teresa was home alone and her murderer husband wasn’t there.
Well it shows possible premeditated intent and a prior knowledge that the husband and children were out of town and the wife would be returning home ALONE. THAT is why this poor woman had to testify.
so sorry for their loss...these lawyers are garbage. he never even gets into any deep questioning. i guess he figured he already won the case. thats how he acts. tragic.
Alot of comments here are extremely critical of the prosecutor, in my eyes very unfairly. I believe the prosecution in the whole sievers case was handled extremely well, decisive and compassionate. Whether or not you agree with wrights deal, the truth is the whole case hangs on his word, and the prosecturor runs the whole trial to establish his reliability and banish any attempt by the defense to undermine his statement. This means he must choose all questions extremely carefully so as not to leave wright in the position where he is himself open for the defense to counter. I actually feel very sorry for Mr Rodgers, what you can see on his face when his brother testifies.
You feel sorry? I don’t think there is an excuse to do what he did to Teresa. I think the guy is intellectually challenged. His face shows clearly that he is not smart at all. However, he is still responsible for his hideous crime. Therefore, he has to pay for what he did. I fill sorry for his brother, he when through a lot too, but he overcame his tragic childhood.
