This is not call juhu char the colour is different this is call bangkwang char

My mom's favorite dish and our family favorite also.. But she didn't use cuttlefish. Will try this dish with cuttlefish!

This is bang kuang char, definitely not the traditional ju hu char.. not even close.. might taste nice but ain't no ju hu char. So many ingredients missed out, dried mushroom, pork belly, onions, fermented beancurd paste
