What Kawhi and PG have managed (that no one seems to have picked up yet) is to make it hard on Luka and force him to difficult shots and then score on him on the other end (this seems to affect Luka mentally w/c he will grow out of as he gets older). Hopefully Draymond will have something up his sleeve to achieve something to the same effect of slowing Luka down.

But there is a problem with that as well tho since the rise of Brunson you can't just let Luka do his thing because of Brunson's threat to shot create. Plus the thing about Dallas is you dont know among the role players who will have a hot hand. Some games it would be Bullock, some games its Finney-Smith and some games its maxi Kleber and Dinwiddie. When the gsw played against the houston rockets before that also relies on threes they dont have as much of a threath since they have a flaw and its Capela who has no shooting so they cant space the floor easily but with mavs everybody can shoot threes now they are also the team with the best shot collections this playoffs because most of their shots are open shots because its either because of good spacing or good ball movement.

Also whenever warriors run their small ball lineup they r gonna be punished by players like Tatum, bam, Luka (depending on who they play against). So u swap 3 point shooting for. Your team is great. Not a fan of both teams but I think Middleton being out made an impact of the series.

They will have to get past Miami before we can even consider them such, especially when this upcoming series can be considered the C’s revenge series.
