The poverty we speak of existing in places like the US and the UK is poverty relative to the average income/standard of living of the country overall. It means you can't afford an ipod and wear second hand clothes and get food assistance. But that kind of poverty doesn't compare to third world conditions.

Dunjjkange, you need to watch more of Joan's videos. Joan makes fun of her own Botox to her own face on this same program. She makes fun of her own facelifts. She is not a hypocrite. The problem is people are sensitive to jokes and their feelings get hurt.

It's vexing whenever she insulted others, people be like "oh it's just a joke!" and push other people to accept the 'honor' of being insulted/being joked on by that so called big star comedian. Pffftt! That may work over 10yrs ago, but not anymore. Now that she's not around, there are people used her insults as special quotes and shit. There's event on that as well. Wow!!! I know nowadays people always say "you're just being butthurt", but please try to feel it by being the one that got insulted for months up to years. I tell you, being joked on for so long will either make you an aggressive or a very timid person. Joan Rivers was incredibly thin-skinned. She would viciously attack anyone and if they said so much as "I disagree," Joan would throw an explosive fit that wouldn't be funny, just insulting. She was the worst kind of comic: the kind that sunk way too comfortably into their status as "legend".
I'm still laughing with Joan Rivers she was so funny. I enjoyed her self deprecation and willingness to call out celebrities for their insincerity, virtue signalling and champagne socialism. I for one miss her.
