I love your videos! I've been bodybuilding for 18 years, and only started incorporating kettlebells the last year. Man, what a difference it makes in my overall strength in unique positions! When I started, I was barely able to do overhead squats or any kind of twisting exercise with kettlebells. Maybe you could create videos showing the specific benefits of adding kettlebells to other types of training. One easy benefit for me was when I realized I needed more weight and/or equipment in my home gym to keep progressing. I really don't like the feeling of lifting super heavy, but kettlebells brought me a brand new challenge and feels good doing!

Great video… joe rogan also does an excercise with kettle bells that you drop down into a pushup and pull it into a row… though i might add

Excellent analysis and real workouts thanks coach.,still hate those necessary "L shape pull ups" with the routine and then the rower routine came along.Coach is really pushing us ,thank you. Keep them coming and love the critique and demand made of us.Only part way through and we are bushed.

U forgot 1 vital piece about the warmup...its done right after the 3 minute cold plunge. In fact im not actually sure he goes into his regular KB routine after the plunge warmup. The "warmup" is to bring the bodys temp back and if u have ever done a cold plunge believe me it takes a while to get back to baseline

Great content as always Coach. Question, during the bent over windmill how can a person improve mobility more fully to get the raised weight more fully stacked over the body when bent over and twisted?

Biggest thing that helps (beyond just improving hip, shoulder, and thoracic spine mobility), is learning how to hinge at your hips to initiate the movement.

I workout at home with very little in equipment outside a pull up bar, a bench and some kettlebells. How'd I go about mimicing the reverse hyper movements?

Either a Superman or just stick with deadlifts. You could just lay on your bed with legs hanging over edge and do it that way.
