I blew there are little bleed nipples on the calipers that you can loosen. If you loosen those I believe that opens them and allows you to pump the breaks and bleed them.

Use a c-clamp to compress the pistons in. In regards to the pad fitment, I figured with the bolt holes that would be pretty obvious. Not really a useful comment. I was looking for better questions and I kinder approach but in the end… nada.
