People voted for him because of his political agenda and his vision for the future not for being a family man. Jackie and Jack had an interesting affair. Jackie new what was going on but decided to do what was necessary. According to some researchers they were becoming more close especially after Jackie's last child loss. I am not saying JFK was a saint but then who are these people casting stones. Remember, alot of this affair media frenzy stuff is just what the deep state would like you to see, rather than the high hopes and good for the country and the world which he was trying to achieve. An incredible loss to the world...On a different note, I did hear that Jackie had threatened to leave him but that's speculation, though I do wonder if the seed of being free was planted, from the "lonely little housewife" that Jackie was quoted as saying she never wanted to be...whilst Jackie was away from the White House. That name came about from all the media shouting at him to look their way so they could take his picture. There would be mass media all shouting John at once. So all you heard was John, John over and over again. He was called John Jr.

Onassis was 62 when he and Jackie married, not 69. He died at age 69.

You can see the "Kennedy" in John, Jr. He's a perfect blend of JFK and JBK. In any case, JBK was not dumb enough to get caught pregnant from an adulterous affair. @Jane1620 I read once that some Newsman heard the President call to John but said it very quickly that it sounded like he was calling him John-John. John hated that name and got into a lot of fights in school when other kids callld him that.
