Is this based on science? It sounds too simplistic. And I notice that he draws a line up to the age of 60. While good sex is definately a bonding experience, so is laughter, joint appreciation of beautiful music, travelling, hobbies, common interests, yoga, tai chi, learning a new skill together, cooking and sharing delicious food, and fitness...serotonin in many circumtances can wash over us and make our bond with our partner stronger. Some people cannot share sex due to physical impediments, but that should never be a reason not to enjoy being close to a person and having an excellent relationship. Also, this premise is obsolete as it seems to focus more in hetorosexual relationships that have dominant/passive elements as a standard. Although hormones may unconsciously determine some levels of attraction, I refuse to believe that it is the golden standard of a relationship.

Don’t have casual sex. Women bond with men they have sex with. It’s our biology, it’s women’s brain... men too but to a lesser degree. Go to the gym, look good, do things that will make you feel good- a massage, Accupuncture, Zumba, therapy, earthing and you will be more attractive without all that estrogen crap

@@MW-ob8jm OK. I don’t like casual sex and prefer to not engage in casual sex. And I do all you say. I am in the ‘bloom’ of my life at age 45. Am happy, look good and enjoy the beauty of life. Have many people who tell me I have an attractive ‘glow’ ... yet no partner 🤷🏼‍♀️. So yeah I still engage once in a while in casual sex... what am I supposed to do? Remain celibate for how many more years? I follow all ‘dating advise’ I am a ‘catch’ many people say so... mr right doesn’t see it and yes having sex from time to time does feel good though I’d prefer to make love with a loving committed partner who is not in my life for the moment. Were your emotional needs met when you were a child? Did you feel loved when you were a child? If your parents or whoever was looking after you when you were a child was not emotionally available you can have problems getting those needs met because you just don’t know how it feels and you can’t attract that from people. If you really want a loving relationship and it’s been absent for a long time it means you have blockages subconscious/energetic.

The best thing you can do is work on self improvement to become the best version of yourself. I guarantee you'll fall in love with yourself and that'll make you very attractive to people, not just men. If it's safe to assume you're on remission, continue to do whatever healthy practices you're doing. It may take a while but once you gain your self confidence and you're happy in your own skin, there's higher chances that you'll attract the man you're seeking. Phytohormones can be derived from plant cell extracts, but they are not 'stem cell products', nor have the FDA and WHO approved any such product that advertises itself as such, especially not products made with plant extracts derived from plant cells. The only stem cells that could possibly have topical therapeutic benefits are Mesenchymal stem cells - fibroblast-like cells found in human tissue, mostly human organs. Most current knowledge is from the research on bone marrow or interstitial adipose tissue cells. Currently, principal application delivery is through systemic infusion of cells into the blood stream. Topical application of therapeutic cells to wound sites is being researched, but has not yet proven to be anything other than theoretical therapeutic benefit. A topically applied, over the counter product, with proven cosmetic, let alone medical therapeutic benefit, is many years away. To therefore suggest that a topically applied plant extract based cream can aid in the treatment of cancer is misleading, and potentially dangerous, which could also result in legal recriminations.

Hmmm, as John says, don't do more to get more, and if your partner refuses to do things for you or give you attention after you have nicely and clearly expressed your needs, it might simply show not only his unwillingness or inability to contribute and participate and be present in the relationship, but also the depth of his unresolved wounds. A mature man loves to do things for her woman and responds to her needs and listens to her and respects her.

So, things are going better for me because I couldn't stay with somebody where I couldn't express my authentic self. And admit to myself this is not what I want or deserve at 46 with two children, a boy, 13 and girl, 11. I love and respect and know myself more than before and I'm clearer about my thoughts and emotions and what a MATURE love feels like.
