John Starks - 1992 NBA Slam Dunk Contest (Semi-Finalist) 

LJ was just bigger and more powerfull. But in terms of technique, creativity and flight distance/leap of all contenders Starks at 6.5 or 193cm was pound for pound the best dunker of the night. The damage was done with the first dunk ridiculously low scored by the judges. It was technically and in terms of distance/leap even more demanding jam than the famous Dunk against the Bulls. In here, John needed to get around the back of the rim with his both arms instead of smashing a one handed tomahawk with added adrenalive of the play-off game. Of course, always easier dunking against no defence than whole Bulls defence including Horace and Jordan trying to limit your space/block you in the act of The Dunk.

Well, he was the smallest guy in this contest, soooo…🤷🏽‍♂️

Could swear he was listed 6’3” back in the day.

That's why Jordan used to own him in the post. He was definitely not 6'5
