I grew up in Winnipeg very few Jamaicans and they were nice. A couple of years ago I moved to Toronto cus of work and yes many many Jamaicans here in TO. All I can say is that I don't think these T.O Jamaicans are not related to the ones in Winnipeg. Too bad.
