Interest rate is currently at 4.75%(8th rate hike since March last year) Inflation at 7% and mortgage rates is at over 7.5% but yet minimum wage remains the same and my retirement portfolio has suffered tremendously these past years, so my question is how do senior citizens retire and live off such unstable economy. The long term game is obviously not for me at this point.

In my opinion, venturing into a good investment is not just a strategy for generating passive income but a profitable saving method for future expenses. Those who fail to make the right decisions early in life end up regretting it. Nevertheless, investing can be difficult and risky doing it solely, For this reason, I advise seeking help from professionals(financial advisors). It’s not just watching videos and reading investment books the challenge is using it well

GameStop sank 25% as of 12:50 p.m. in New York, after rallying 1,600% in January. Hordes of day traders piled into the shares after noticing the elevated short interest in hopes that buying would force shorts to cover, driving the price ever higher. Now the trend is reversing. The Dow industrials hammered out a 235-point gain at the open, up 1.8% as the market looked to claw back a share of Friday's steep losses. The S&P 500 rallied 1.7%. The Nasdaq Composite swung 1.7% higher on the stock market today, Famous Stock analyst Dr Claus Smith said the new strain of Covid 19 virus being discovered is going to put a scare into the economy and the Stock Market in the next 3 months so He warns new stock buyers to be careful. For now you can only make profit by trading your stock with a strategy instead of panic selling, was able to make $50,000 with $10,000 in 3 weeks with his stock trading strategy, reach him WhAtSaPp+1(((.3615020533)))

I don't do hard sales, I'm a professional construction manager...I solve problems, find products, read specs, and facilitate labor and field management to get things built...still, though, at the heart of all this is serving clients by building things correctly per their specs, and specs can be really screwed up, so being able to sell changes, updates that are necessary to the completion of a client's project are real skills that need to happen every week. My thing about this old-school type of sales is that it feels like a rehearsed checkbox, not like there is an actual human conversation and exchange of ideas happening. Like staring in my soul and using rehearsed phrases that they read would make people more agreeable does nothing but make me feel like a wallet to a person that read too many books by sales gurus. If you have a human conversation with me, answer my questions about the product without acting like the more expensive thing is always the better option, and not be pushy with follow-up, I am 1000% much more likely to work with you. Acting like you know me or what is better for me is doing nothing but making me roll my eyes.
