Great video! I knew it was a dislocation fracture of the ankle the moment he rolled over. This is coming from me who played the game and also dislocated my knee. Praying for JT13! Go Noles!

When I saw him roll over I felt it. Damn that sucks for that young man. Crappy way to end your career at FSU but JT will persevere....Go Noles!

As an Xray Technologist in a local hospital, I've seen more than my share of these fracture/ dislocations. Gruesome is one word, but even worse when they become compound !

I broke my tibia when I was three, it was a spiral fracture. Can you explain to me what a spiral break is?

The best thing I got out of this is that I hear no total finality in your assessment...your expressions give hope that recovery is possible, albeit long and labored, but it can be done. Thank you for that. Hopefully, we will be able to see J Trav in the NFL in the future, but his well-being is my immediate concern.

I had a very similar injury when I was 25. A Dude took me out at second base on a double play. I did not have significant ligament damage. I had a plate and screw put in to stabilize. It was a 10 week recovery in cast before I could put weight on it. For me, the big issue was ankle flexibility going forward and the ongoing threat of bone spurs as he ages. The bone spurs require scraping ever ten years or so and then 6 weeks or so of recovery. I decided to have the plate and screw removed a few years after the surgery. I am not sure if that was the wisest thing. The recovery of that was worse than the original surgery.

That was such a dirty play 😮

Please explain why it’s called a leg injury and not a broken, fractured, torn, anything? Aren’t they required to report the injury in some manner? Especially since NIL opened college betting?

Best that it was a bone injury and not ligaments. Also that’s on the staff. It’s a 3-7 fcs school he should have played 1 series if that. Can’t play with your food ever

Bad luck it happens next man up if you are title contender you should be able to still play good, But this is end of FSU season as they have no depth. So fsu out and either mich or osu lose so thats 2 out, so now the fun begins bama beats aubs easy beat UGA they are in
