I just want to say I saw Josh Mat and Fronen many years ago in the Netflix movie the fittest on earth and I was absolutely captivated by what you guys were doing and the emotion behind it. That was the beginning of my journey. Thanks again guys!!! Like when Josh won the Murph competition and he roared like a MAD HUNGRY LION!! Lmfao!! You guys are awesome!! I started at 230 and am currently at 165. You guys were such huge motivation.

I used to ride about 15-20 miles daily on a fixed gear bike. I rode without brakes and would raise and drop the bike tire to slow down. I had straps instead of clips because it was easier to get in and out of and I'd either pull with one foot and push with the other to lock the back tire and slide to a stop or I'd lift and drop the back of the bike a few times to slow down. The bike truly became a second part of me. I'm moving out into the country soon and will hopefully be able to ride again. It's been 2 good years since I rode like that. I miss it a lot!

Josh is on Fire 🔥 love it! I'm a door slider, but that's because I have a phobia of touching door handles. I'll use my foot if I see someone coming and hold it that way. Gotta respect people.

My brother is in a wheel chair, but he can do everything on his own. I get dirty looks from people when I let him go first and open doors on his own. They don't seem to understand that he is independent and can do it himself and will get pissed at me if I try to help him. He doesn't need my help. When he does he will ask.

I had to go listen to the sub clips episode with the mask. Still gold.

Tribe of Mentors by Tim Ferris is such a great book! I would say it's more like a ton of entries by the best in everything but it's always a great read!

I am glad to hear that this is a real thing! We are currently building our home and I am a big reader. I started having issues sleeping on nights that I didn't read. I would get in bed then suddenly be wide awake. So, after hearing this, I assume it is because my body learned that getting in bed means it is time to read. Anyways, in our new home we built out the master to have a bay window and we have bought an acrylic bookcase end table to hold my books and two chairs so I can read in a chair, then get in bed. I hope it helps.

It depends on the condition of the concept 2 and how many meters are on the machine. To be enjoyable and you need proper conditions and equipment wear to find it truly fun.

My understanding is that at many triathlon events, you can basically assume people will grab your ankles or shoulder and pull past you...either you set the pace or get out of the way...but from the perspective of etiquette, pretty uncool, but I remember being warned and despite not being at the front of the pack, I definitely experienced a bit of the chaos

Once cycled in an organised event and found myself in a peleton. Not a great experience riding at 25 mph surrounded by people on bikes if you are not familiar with it. I was fit but had no skills.

Literally just read Why We Sleep by Dr Walker, it was the most fascinating book I've read in a long time.
