So over a year ago I started to work out. I found videos on Josh and watched all of them while working out. I also started to watch the GOATS films and documentary as well. I don’t do CrossFit but just learned and connected to these guys. I’m down 57lbs and now have my own garage gym and can’t wait till the pod cast or whatever this is to listen while I work out. I appreciate your honesty and not just interview fluff like most athletes. Also I love that Matt and Josh like guns and working out and riding bikes. Just cool dudes that made it big doing what they love. Thanks for helping me along my journey

i like the way you talk about tapering because in track for distance athletes you taper by decreasing weekly mileage but doing 2-3 hard speed workouts per week which is like adding heavy weight in crossfit.
