After a brief introduction to the backstory of the song, Jonathan Cain, Arnel Pineda, and the members of Journey, perform the song "Faithfully" at the ExtraMile Arena in Boise, Idaho on April 13, 2023.
He's done alot of that in the past (which actually helped devevloped his voice even more rather than reuining it) before he was recruited and scouted by Journey.
@@Thotkan His good heart that makes him still looks younger and energetic. Toxic people gets looks old quickly and miserably in life before their time is up.
Bless your heart, Arnel! You’ve been giving all these wonderful years to Journey … Faithfully! Your beautiful voice, your humbleness and your prEssence … Journey is what it is today because of you! And as a Journey fan, I’m really grateful for you! You are a real gem, keep shining!
Thank you Arnel P for choosing to share your love for music and giving delight to music lovers and not paying attention to unfair treatment from other members of the band👍👍😘
Antes de star con Jurney ahi x las calles de Filipinas ,le bajava de todo ,alcohol ,droga dormia en la calle pero despues le vio la banda y se cuido hasta ahora xeso tiene esa voz ,
Even if he chooses to retire now, he could live well in retirement. He invested well and he has a good and wise wife who knew how to save. One reason why Arnel is grounded is becoz of his intact family, he knew he had a faithful wife who kept their family intact and cared for while he toured. Having peace in that area and knowing he has a loving home to go home to makes so much difference.
Nope sorry. No one can ever sound better than Steve Perry. Don't get me wrong; Arnel is good and I loved seeing them in concert. He is a sound alike and that's it.
@@clarisebryson-kachur3271 Can you just be thankful Arnel is here to sing Journey songs. No one in this planet can sing journey songs like he is doing right now. You might want to see the video of him singing another song. Link below ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-No8vSqkFLqs.html
Steve Perry left the band after 21 years being with Journey. 1977 to 1998. Arnel has been with Journey for 16 years and counting. He is the longest replacement vocalist for Journey and he placed Journey back on the map since 2008.
Maintaining his voice is not really for the band but for all of us fans to continuously enjoy the entire Journey live performances. Many bands of their ages already retired but we are lucky to still witness Journey. 🏆😍❤️
@pxmedia, Once again, I am enjoying how your superb video footage of Journey! Love it! Thanks Another goosebumps performance of AP as he sings "Faithfully, full of soul and motions, it's mesmerizing! Just imagine that the 2023 Freedom Concert Tour would be wrapping up by April 25,2023 in California, and Journey with Arnel Pineda is doing an Epic job despite those brutal schedules they have! I will truly be watching their incredible performances >>>>Oh yes, this video footage is very nice but to have that Journey experience is to see Journey with AP at the venue, it's magical, and It's worth every penny! Bravo AP !! Happy 50th Anniversary, Journey!!
We were blessed to hear him in Manila in 1983. His voice was outstanding and I told him that one day the world will know him. He is a very beautiful person who has been rewarded for all the happiness and love he has given with his music. We love you Arnel the Parcell family.
WoooW! Bravooo to ARNEL PINEDA and to Journey! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽, We are soo proud Pinoy to you AP! the Longgest Vocalist of Journey! ingatan mo ang boses mo God’s gift sayo yan AP. WE LOVE YOU and the Journey band. Babaan ang notes para hindi super streessed and voice mo ksi you are already in your 50s. Godbless you all.🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
Love SP too, but at this stage in time, SP himself claimed that he would not be able to reach a high register anymore, aging does it, SP is 19 years older than Arnel Pineda
I love this mans voice would live to see him in person he's just a humble performer his heart shines throw with every song he sings these other band members should alittle more gratitude there lucky to have him without him where would they be ❤
Man, a 55 years old singing a song like this. And he's been fronting the band since 2007 or 2008? It's incredible! Arnel was born in 1967 so yeah, he's 55 already!
Correct, pang baragan kasi tugtugan ng mga yan, need ng pangmatagalang bokalista, si Arnel lang pumasa, the previous ones if not Americans, Latinos, d makatagal
I know Arnel breathed new life to Journey and is very much integral to the band's continuity. As a Pinoy myself, I agree to that partially; AP is important as much as the other band.members. Vocals is one part, the creation of the material Journey provided for him to sing is another. The beats, the solos, the bass, the piano, the arrangement. They are parts that cannot work without the other. For a band to be solid it should be reflected on the members' unity. all i am saying is I know they will see past and settle their differences. A band is just a name without the unity of the members
I hope Mr. Pineda asks for a big raise and royalties. He might be employed by the band, but he resurrected their careers and gained a new generation of fans. That was all on the shoulders of one lead vocal. As an employee, he exceeded expectations while they overworked his vocal abilities.
I always said I wouldn't see Journey live without Steve Perry at the helm.... But when push came to shove, and I had the chance to see Journey with Def Lep.... I jumped at it. The bottom line is, Arnel is every bit as good as Steve. And been the lead singer for as long as Steve.
Good to hear this from a Perry fan. Sadly, most Perry fans discredit Arnel for what he has done witb Journey. Arnel has this magic note that Perry has and that's why he's been with Journey (as a replacement vocals) for the longest time. 16 straight years and counting. Perry left Journey after 21 years being with the band and I can see Arnel passing the 21 years with the band. Hopefully Schon won't kick Arnel out of the band in the future.
Literal GOD SEND Arnel to Journey over a decade ago, and I was SO blessed to take them ALL in (grateful of course to Neil and Jonathan for keeping this priceless music ALIVE for 5 decades) was CHILLS LIVE the entire show and see now still is!!! I have to say luv Arnel brought back the black hair and shag and looking fit! I can’t imagine the not only physical strain for all of these human super heroes but the mental (I mean imagine singing the same songs for decades thousands of times and giving as much to the audience as you would from day one LEGEND GOD SENDS still bringing it to millions ALL THE WAY LIVE)!!!
