Appreciate you letting the lower belts getting a cheeky throw or two on you, as a 3rd kyu myself it really helps me know when I'm hitting the timing properly when a black belt goes over nice and smooth - a lot of high level guys won't even let you get an attack in let alone a throw.
I'm very careful with who I allow to throw me, because while I have decent ukemi, some partners still aren't totally safe with their application of their throws. So I let a few clean ones slide by but not all the time haha
Everyday except saturday. Monday is BJJ x2, Tuesday is BJJ x1, Wed is BJJ x1 Judo x1, Thurs BJJ x1, Fri BJJ x1 Judo x1, Sunday Judo x1. Those are sparring sessions. I drill Everyday except saturday for an hour, and lift 2-3 times per week. Keep in mind not every session is 100% intensity. 30% of my training is max intensity, the rest is lighter volume.
That is an insane schedule :O I struggle to fit 2-3 judo/bjj sessions a week around work, lifting, cardio, other hobbies etc and to ne honest I don't think I'd want to, my body can't handle it lol
Great throws and Randori - but lots of landing on/trying to save yourself with elbows here....not much decent ukemi-waza - people are gonna get injured shoulders/knecks
