You know Juggernaut is a bad ass when they shrunk him down and shot him into space to kill Thanos and his momentum kept him flying through space only to return back to Earth 1000 years later and kill Ghost Rider Galactus. That was NUTS!

I agree Im equally as shocked, Thor who's level 8 keeps on whooping Galactus and the Celestials. And Odin is superior to Thor. Galactus should be classed lower than Odin because of that.

@@yukimurasanada5209 Yeah this idea goes way back for the character. He always aims to keep his citizens cared for and protected. It's why he's so territorial and why it's a bad idea for most characters in all of the Marvel mythos to casually step foot in the country.

Jug head is my favorite of the big guys. Lately I've seen him in comics where they turn him into a weakling! He's a badass! He can't be killed. The gem makes sure that he lives. I love that picture of him crashing through the wall! That's the old school jug head we all know and love!

I don’t know if anyone has mentioned this but the rain F/X was a nice touch . As an ex-comic collector, hard copy will always be near and dear but it would be dope if the digital comics subscriptions added environmental and energy F/X to the panels.

Cyclop is an old established character. He already has plenty of fire power. The issue with Cyclop over the years has been the lack of good character development to make him interesting. Cyclop has always been a boring background charter. He is just a plot device more than anything else. You have a cool idea but I would rather save that for a new fictional character.

I was so pumped at the title! Juggernaut is one of my all time favorites, but they have turned him into the Jobbernaut. Even in this, he's a tiny fraction of what he was. Firestar blasts him in the foot and it's "ow ow". The old version of Juggernaut would have tanked anything Firestar gave out - especially if he was pissed off! Then he breaks out and yells "Waahoo". Really all he did was break through and wall, kill a couple guys with guns and break through a fence.

He has been nerfed canonically. Cyttorak no longer recognizes him as his avatar, so Cain doesn’t have access to his direct power. He’s powered by the energy of the gem itself, which is no where near his old level of power

she'd need to physically touch both of them at the same time.. definitely in her powerset.. but they were in different rooms, and any movement from Cain likely brings down the whole base on them at once personnel wise.. might not be enough time to get to Scott and THEN phase them both.

😂 10:07 I love it when Rob takes pot shots at characters he doesn't like or respect 😂 ie Ms Marvel, Blackbolt, the inhumans, Captain America 😂. Funny as hell. On a different subject, no way nimrod should beat juggernaut in a physical manner. No way firestar should be able to hurt juggernaut when she burned his foot. He heals instantly and his durability rating by Marvel's own handbook is :"Totally indestructible". On top of all of that, Let's remember he also has a force field if he doesn't want anything making contact with him. Marvel is still nerfing juggernaut.

When Apocalypse said "The magic has led you right to my side once more" He's referring to when Sunfire became Famine. Gambit was Death and Polaris was Pestilence at that point too. Sunfire and Gambit got reverted back to their old forms through some means, likely through Mr. Sinister. So I guess Sunfire is going back to his AoA outfit.

I find the ms marvel hate interesting. For the older comics with I think he said it was Kitty Pride, she served as the audience’s way into the X-men. Cause she was that young character coming into her powers, learning what it means to be a mutant. But when they are CLEARLY doing that with Ms Marvel. While the X-men are handling the theatrics, Kamala is showing what it’s like to exist as a mutant in the current marvel landscape. But I guess when they’re trying to make an easy in for the mcu fans by doing the same thing they did with Kitty it’s “doing nothing the whole time”. I get, Rob HATES the inhumans and she used to be one. But her original creator WANTED her to be a mutant, she was supposed to be one if it wasn’t for the mandates that Rob hates so much. So them correcting one of those mistakes makes absolutely zero sense to me.

Its not the whole era so much as a good chunk of it. At least that's what I've seen and talked to. Started out amazingly, best X-Men in a decade easily, probably longer. But then, once the newness wore off and a larger group of people had their ideas added to what Hickman kicked off = the quality dropped. A lot, and on a lot of the stories being told. There's still some gems from time to time. I also can't tell you I think the fashion gala stuff is much different than the 90's swimsuit issues, just pandering to a different crowd.

The best part of this issue is the return of Sunfire and Redroot. The Second best part of this issue was Wolverine recognizing Ogun’s swords, and calls her Kitty again, not Kate or Kathryn.

Who doesn’t like Doom. He is one of the most interesting villains in all of comics. I still think Magento and Dr Doom are the best villains in Marvel.
