Love it! Our Ego doesn't want to change that's why when you do inner work there's a push back, but on the other side of that pushback is true inner growth.
@drknoba
@drknoba 4 года назад
I feel for this man. I can hear in his voice the anger and pain in his heart. My voice used to have a lot of anger in it too, just like his. You can become super happy to the point people look at you and all they see is love because thats the love you have for yourself, but there's something holding you back. You felt it all your life. And what's holding you back is probably the same thing that used to hold me back. If your childhood or past is traumatic as mine was with beatings all the time, dad died when I was young in a terrible accident, mum was depressed and angry at me my entire childhood, extremely demanding and strict parenting. If yours is traumatic like that you are living your life like a dog attached to a chain with a stake in the ground. And that stake is childhood trauma. When you were young pure at heart with a free spirit and curious mind and felt completely one with yourself, what did your parents and environment do to you with rules and regulations that slowly removed the deepest parts of you and forced you to develop a false self. Like Alice Miller said in The Drama Of The Gifted Child "As long as the child within is not allowed to become aware of what happened to him or her, a part of his or her emotional life will remain frozen . . . all appeals to love, solidarity, and compassion will be useless." How I healed is by removing this trauma by Child Hood Trauma therapy that I did with a specialist. Today I feel 100% connected to the universe and the parts i lost in childhood are now within me. To see how severe your trauma is fill out the Post Traumatic Stress Index Test. Read The Drama Of The Gifted Child, it will give you a road map. The Truth by Neil Strauss is amazing read that will guide you to recovery. To feel better now try Meta Mediation (Love and Kindness Mediation) this will help open your heart and feel connected to the energies around you so you can finally forgive and let go of that anger you hold in your heart. When feeling anxious and in a bad mood do EFT Tapping, it 100% works and reprograms memories and desensitises them. Once you recover you will have a special gift that many don't have - a deep knowing in the heart for how to connect with other peoples hearts and the energies around you. People will look at you and see no blockage, and hear no pain, and it will be like they're looking into pure love. It's very hard to describe on a philosophical or intellectual level how this feels, you can only experience it. May you be safe, may you be happy, may you be healthy, may you be free from suffering.

11:28 Thats when i do when I feel myself getting nervous. Instead of trying to push down the feelimg of being nervous...i let it come up and accept it. I dont label it as a bad thing and i just let the deeling come up. Just like i would let any good feeling come up And eventually, that bad feeling doesnt dictate how i feel about it. Instead of me thinking this feeling of nervous is bad, it just becomes neutral in my head. And then i no longer feel nervous. I do a lot of self-talk in my head when i do this though. So it requires to shift your mind into not trying to push down these negative feelings and jusy acceptimg them.

Before enlightenment - Chopping wood, carrying water. After enlightenment - Chopping wood, carrying water. It's just waking up to reality - as in; seeing the narrative the mind is spinning about reality. When it becomes clear - all that is left is "what is". There is no idea of "I should be this or that" or "I should feel this or that" - as Julien said. It's just seeing it for what it is. The relationship to the inner experiences are related to in another way.

We are what we consume to some extent. Plus we have something called the gut brain axis, and if we eat a bad diet (fried foods, processed foods, diet lacking variety) than this affects our gut (micro-biome), this can then have a negative effect on our brain and our psychology leading to low mood and depression. So along with regular physical exercise, eating healthy also helps the mind.

Omggg haha that quote! As soon as you can feel good about not feeling good you find back peace. Even trought adversity. Theres is no bad or food émotions! There is unplessant and joyfull émotions. have you ever felt the unpleasant feeling and the intense urge to have to go pi or poop and you couldnt becauee you where in car middle of the trafic...or maybe at the beach having manh drinks and cant go? All our émotions are réflection of kur needs and when we devellop the relations between the message and the émotions we can relaese it and finding solutions to fullfill those needs and now feel good, as when you did poop it feeeel sooo good haha same for trauma and anges its like keepi g the poop inside and now you gonna get sick if you dont listen to your émotions....body gonna reflect the unconsious with illness. We have not been showned yo deal with unpledsant émotions there fore it is the Keys for intéressant peace. We are not our body we are a soul enegeticaly connected by the breath. The breath is what keep our soul connected to the body, bring out the breath for a couple minutes and your no longer there. So thats why breath exercice can be super powrfull to get put the pain body we have inside.

A big part of what Julien is teaching is to have a positive perception about experiencing suffering. One can feel bad about life, but it's important to use your creativity and imagination to redirect the suffering into a mindset which suggests, "Hey, I may be experiencing this horrible feeling, but at least I'm experiencing it now and gaining awareness and experience of what this feels like when I don't grasp at it so tightly with all my energy. I am letting it flow through me growing and releasing negative karma. And anyway, there is much worse suffering in the world I could be experiencing and I am grateful that I know of this, and this is okay and everything will be alright."
@Nicoladen1
@Nicoladen1 2 года назад
Life is just a question of acceptance vs resistance. How much of life you resist determines how much suffering you'll create for yourself. Desire is a kind of resistance. If you desire to be enlightened it's because you're resisting current reality in which you're not "enlightened". The moment you stop wanting to improve, you arrive. But you cannot arrive by trying to find a way. Because the act of trying to find a way is symptomatic of your resistance against reality itself. And thus it's exactly that which is keeping you from getting it. Acceptance is the only way. Accept that you're not enlightened.

Fucking thank you. I've had the hardest time trying to explain this same idea to other people. The idea of being perfect when reaching enlightenment isn't healthy. The "perfect happiness" idea. No. Emotions are absolutely a signal. You can either act on it to fix the situation or accept and acknowledge the emotion as it is. It really depends on what's causing the emotion. We are human, we experience emotions and it's okay.

This is the cool more relatable version of the Sedona Method. With the frames of pickup and social dynamics embedded to a much higher degree

Im beeing honest i didnt knew apathy is something bad. I wasnt apathetic until I started buying cryptos and I thank god I am apathetic now bc I stay calm all the time and feel more grateful overall for what I have now. I only put my apathy away when its needed and thats not often, but im able to do it. For example If somebody is important to me Im surely dont act apathetic about what they tell me because I cant. I can make clear split between things that I allow affect me emotionally and things that I dont.
