One thing that helps me "letting go" is a technique I got from Tolle. He says to go into your body, feel the blood rushing through your hands, feel the tension of your muscles and release it. When you're focused on your body you're very non reactive to outside stimuli.

Exactly man, back when I learned Tolle's method it was such an eye-opening experience for me and I've been using it daily in my life since then. Reading "Letting Go" was more like a little cherry on top for me.

My biggest takeaway is to feel the sensations no matter what comes up, whether you think its not working or not enough, focus on how that makes you feel. Thank you so much Julien! Ive been making some of these mistakes myself recently and needed this

Letting go involves focusing on the process of doing it meaning not doing anything; just paying attention to sensations. It teaches to be present. An after effect is also improving concentration levels and habits and more spontaneous in the daily life, feeling free :)

Keeping it simple and getting more into your body is a empowering feeling as you are not just getting plagued by thoughts but instead exploring your own temple full of sensations.

First and foremost phenomenal perfect ten content, as usual your on point Julian. So thank you the clarity you bring to these nuanced and tricky topics especially increasing ones vinbraional frequency to courage and beyond and subtle art of letting go. The 4th problem of getting rid off or blocking isn't the same as letting go really hit home as I have recently been doing this exact thing literally today perhaps serendipitous/ or not, basically blocked someone because when interacting with them it is difficult they are toxic exct but I see that if I didn't value their opinion of me there behaviour suble slights wouldn't affect me. So I still haven't let Go.... Realisation is half the battle now I just need to work on acceptance and let go of my attachments. Thanks Julian much love brother

U know I discovered that i’ve been holding some pretty weird stuff from people and everytime it gets out I try to resist it but that is when people really start looking at me like i’m some type of weird guy, i’ve let go of those stuff sometimes and I seem to really relax but the thing is I feel like I don’t know how to let go, this video surprisingly really showed me how to and made me realize that i’m trying to supress some thoughts and feelings in me that made me go crazy. Thanks julien.

Life really changes once you understand the ranges of levels you and other people operate in on a daily basis. Once you unlock the heart level it becomes interesting how the ascension becomes almost natural through the ranks. Each level unlocks a unique set of wisdom and sensations. Life changing stuff. RIP

Good vid Julien. I’ve been practicing letting go for 3 years and I’ve been able to let go of a lot of blocks to feel happier then I’ve ever felt, but for me the work isn’t over. I think this kind of work takes years, maybe decades. I’m noticing that I go through periods of deep pain and release, followed by periods of lightness and a deeper sense of joy, but as I go on, the dark periods get more turbulent. With daily yoga, meditation, breath work, nutrition, exercise and community, ive been able to endure. Michael singer said in a recent talk that this work is like dropping one grain of sand into a cup every day. It feels like it’s not working for a while, until eventually, the cup is overflowing with sand and you’re in really good shape once that happens, but this takes a ton patience, faith and resilience.

Learned a lot from this! Letting go is about accepting and feeling and experiencing everything you’re feeling and experiencing exactly how it is... Only then will you be able to let go.

what spoke to me the most is this - if you still ask the question "when will i let go fully" you are not happy right now, when you let go you become happier and that question disappears

Hey Julian great work. Is getting triggered with jaw & neck tension along with fear of panic attacks something you see often? This for me brings with it a common approach of not wanting the tension which from my experience makes it worse. Makes my mind go to places about health anxiety because it feels like nothing external causing it, I then start to look inward for the threat which flares it up. However over the years with applying other techniques & prescriptions, I've now arrived at "letting go" "accepting" & "removing any labels" - thanks for sharing this content. I can see myself sharing my relatable journey on YT & helping others, & I look forward to pushing traffic your way by recommending your teachings.

My takeaway from this video is that you shouldn't focus only on thoughts, but also on the sensations, which was definitely my biggest problem. I was always in my head and was neglecting everything outside of it. Thanks for the amazing video.

I learned that you can feel resistance to feeling resistance like you need to feel the sensations associated with feeling no sensations, that you want to be grounded and feel your body and that most people just feel in their head and maybe face

I read power vs force from this author. I have to check this one out. Awesome video Julien. Letting go is like a Weight. It's not good to say I want to loose this much amount of weight because whatever you loose you always try to find it's better to say I wanna release this much amount of weight. Amazing content My takeaway from the video: People mostly let go of conscious things. You need to go deep and let go of subconscious too. A lot of action is also involved. Action -> Trigger -> Release -> Repeat and combine it with trail of whys. Thank you ❤

Biggest Takeaway: Letting go happens primarily in the subtle body and sensations, trying to let go of just your thoughts leaves you only harnessing a small fraction of your consciousness (5-10%) 👹⚡⚡👹 I'm free from the curse now 😂

Well that explains why good yoga sessions seem to help a lot in that regard. That, and my kettlebell sessions. You can't be in your head and do kettlebells, the kettlebells will get your full attention really fast. I hadn't made that connection well enough until now. Thanks!

I always go expecting to deal with some particular issue. I didn't quite catche the idea of letting go sensations and bot thoughts, this is related to my first issue. Also, I thought I will be happy when I let go. This was helpful so far.

Thank you so much, I thought I was a master of letting go because I knew about the sensation part, well that was what I always did, even if I didn't know the theory fully. The problem was and is that I could only let go then bringing conscious awareness to it and when I am trapped in the moment I would be unable to do that. Now instead of resovars I am trying to transform my energy perception to spirals of energy where the energy flows through and I can feel them and make impressions from it, but since there is no button but still awareness I would be able to let go, as things will flow out on its own. This will be an interesting experiment in letting go.

Always thought that letting go was about getting rid of triggers and heal traumas.. it's sure a consequence, but not the main focus of the method.. I tend to forget that Non resistance is the real key .. Our ego keeps us from realising those subtle nuances .. Merci Julien !

Great video. I definitely made mistake two in the past. I'm not sure what mistake one is though. How can you let go of what you don't know you don't know. Is it by the process of action-trigger-release-repeat? Where you trust that the action is going to trigger what you don't know you don't know.

Julien, you should obviously write your own book about letting go one day!:) Fill it with what works, and get rid of what does not. (If you have not already done that?) Btw, I booked the free consultation call today, then I watched this video and kind of realized that the call probably better fits people who have experience with your letting go technique. I have been letting go of stuff for some years, but I have been doing it wrongly and not with your method. Therefore there is a chance we will not get as much out of this call as others who have practiced it will. So I understand if you will not call me, but if that's the case, I am willing to practice it, and then later get the call if that is possible.

I think I make all the mistakes in the list. I believe the technic but haven’t been able to apply it properly, it’s not as easy as it sounds but I keep trying. I have to watch this video a few times until I get it clear.

I've watched a lot of your videos over the years and I've seen two seemingly contradictory pieces of advice for handling negative thoughts. The first piece of advice is to "let go" of the negative thoughts. The other piece of advice is to "process it" because if you don't, then you are stuffing it deeper and it will come back stronger ? I'm probably simplifying it a lot but I want to know what you think? How do you reconcile these two techniques?

What's the difference between saying "I've let go of being short, I accept myself" and actually meaning it compared to just saying "I've let go and accept myself" but not actually doing it? Should there be a blissful feeling afterwards then you know you "let go" correctly?

Letting go happens on a felt sensation level! Don't focus on the mind, don't focus on your emotions (who are interpreted sensations). Focus on what comes before emotions: Sensations, something as little a tingling in your hand or your belly.

You are really breaking it down. Got a Q. The other day I felt me for the first time in years. And then it came crash in down with me getting pissed at people then I was on a trip just saying shit to prove I was right....not healthy I guess lol. I was watching clips of Hawkins yesterday he said that's the worst mindset lablen my self then pertecting it. life or death they can sell it they can bury it throw it around. My Q. Is what's your thoughts on that? Thanks G

What I believe happens is that we respond subconsciously, unaware because we've been conditioned. This falls UNDER the conscious awareness, so this makes it difficult to find out what emotion is being played out in the body. I am a prime example of this! LOL Always a physical ailment and I know is connected to a triggering situation, but God help me if I can figure out what emotion I am holding in whatever area of the body.... SOS!
