Love watching these workouts! Then I love trying them just at an average running ability though lol. So much to learn from these pros. Being a recreational weekend warrior isn’t so bad !😂😂🏃♂️🏃♂️🏃♂️🏃♂️
I got into town yesterday afternoon and actually met one of the ASICS runner at that last junction! I ran with him for 2 min or so and really felt special. 😊 Best of luck to all the runners over the weekend!
Some workouts group efforts into blocks. Eg, someone running 10x1000m might do two blocks of 5x1000m + 5x1000m 10 efforts split into 2 blocks of 5 So block 2, effort 1 would be the 6th effort. People do this to get extra recovery time in their workouts or to separate slightly different parts of the workout. Here we have a block of minute efforts, followed by a block of shorter 30sec efforts
