Now that 105 may be good to shoot but it was the bullet from hell for the bullet feeder. Good for you promoting Mike’s channel, you’re a good guy and a good friend to me.
I will have to see how that SWC shoots in my 9mm's before making a judgment about performance. I have you to thank for providing the bullet feed systems for my stars. 1k of bullets in about 35-40 minutes. Can't thank you enough. So, Ya, Mike's channel looks good, he is a Marksman and all about the accuracy, I wish him well on his content hope that his subs grow as time goes on. he has been doing ammo crafting now for many years and has experience in it.-Dave
I just woke up to find 12 new subscribers. What has happened over night. I'm over the moon dave thank you so much for your time and uploading a video for me. I never expected or thort anyone would ever do anything like that at all. You have been absolutely brilliant and really made my day. Many thanks again brother safe shooting massive thanks for the shout out video that has helped no end safe shooting- Mike
Well Mike, Just keep doing what you do and making content, watch other channels and get ideas from them, Range videos are a must though and showing results with given loadings. you can also take a friend shooting or shoot with someone out at the range and introduce them to your audience. keep in mind that you are part of a community that sticks together. There will be times when you will get stumped and don't know what should be next, however, something always comes around and off you go again, best to ya -Dave
Livin Cindy, Maybe it is a freak thing that happens to me and me only, however, I have found that the diameter of the bullet right above the placement of a crimp leaves a larger diameter from the swaging of the case into the bullet if no crimp groove is provided, maybe it is just a thing with the way I crimp bullets or my set up. anyway, all I do is back off my crimp function a bit and it goes away. -Dave
There are Taper Crimp dies for Revolver Cartridges. I always assumed they were for plated or FMJ bullets but people like them for lead bullets. Your rolling back the crimp to prevent a bulge might be the same idea.
