The fact he separated from them but keeps a huge lot of videos up that praise them and direct people to still shop their site is the biggest bunch of BS ever. He left them after deleting multiple comments of people asking him about their orders. So he addressed the problem or He did something only after the problem became too big to ignore. What a stand up guy? Toys Wonderland and Justin can both kiss my 🫏. They got me on a Pre-Ordered InArt Gandalf I’ll never see. Cost of doing business with liars and cheats.

There’s one thing that people keep missing as to why Justin is far more culpable in Toys Wonderland’s scam. The why RU-vid algorithm works, Justin being able to get the newest Hot Toys from TW, and beat everyone else with uploading the newest Hot Toys review, his channel kept being pushed out in front and recommended by RU-vid, causing his channel to be far more successful if he didn’t have TW sending him toys. Justin knows this, and Toys Wonderland knows this. The more new people Justin can lure, the more customer/victims Toys Wonderland gets. tldr; Justin is a conniving opportunist and deserves every single flak he got.

At the same time he was bashing Sideshow Collectibles. That is why I stopped watching his channel, every time I tuned in he was bashing Sideshow. I get he didn't like Sideshow, but he just kept beating that dead horse over and over. Could it be just that Sideshow was a TW competitor? Honestly, I never understood the TW bandwagon. Yeah, they had some decent prices, but their shipping costs (to the USA) were exorbitant.

All I see is a guy looking for another job with another company. Cracks me up that some people can't understand the critics of Justin! This company had more issues than not. Do the research and look at the videos on RU-vid complaining about this company. And the whole time Justin was promoting this company. He also admitted that his earlier videos praised almost EVERY figure he reviewed. It's not hating, its people feeling like they are being bullshitted! I was so sick of those "Phantom tracking numbers" It's not hating, it's facts! When you hear 'Toys wonderland" you associate that company with Justin. It is what it is!

I had $2500 invested in toys wonderland for hot toys this year, none received and no refunds. After 4-5 emails they stopped responding to me so I got my credit card company go after them. I mentioned it on Justin’s videos because I tried them because of Justin. I was with sideshow since 2011 and thought I’d save but lost. I’m back with sideshow after 200+ hot toys and happy again.

Thanks for the stream recap, I appreciate your perspective for sure. It’s extremely hard to gain access to most of these companies etc and does take a lot of hard work and investment. In terms of the conspiracy aspect asking how many folks aren’t coming forward with their deals etc, I believe the audience and inherently judge how trustworthy a content creator is based off their content. The quality, vibe etc is extremely telling. Oh and for a bit of perspective I’m literally just a normal collector / dude at the end of the day. I don’t equate making reviews as similar to an athlete taking drugs etc personally. Either way I really appreciate the recap as I said above. Not the most flattering screen cap of me for the thumbnail granted but good to have it out there nonetheless 😅

I feel crapped out about ToysWonderland too, I really hope items are shipped late rather than never. But I appreciate the work in your videos Justin, keep it up. I disagree with the hate toward Justin, if there's any, ToysWonderland is the one that should be getting it.

In the early days of Hot toys collecting Justin was a huge part of kickstarting it here in Australia. He seems genuine to me , but i always i wondered how the hell does he afford everything all the time , anf then it clicked that he might be getting freebies or massive discounts .

Most major reviewers do not pay for the actual items. I assumed he got his figures for free or heavily discounted. This is pretty much a standard in any industry. Good rule of thumb if they mention a brand or company in the video it’s gonna have some sort of backend deal.

I wrote an email to them about a week ago, demanding a full refund since there was no shipping information available (and the figure was already "shipped") and it just appeared on my doorstep today. I guess i was lucky or something.

The main issue I see here is Justin pushing a company that hurts others. RU-vidrs, like yourself or Justin getting “paid” for their time and effort, I think they should all be getting paid. Hope a view point of a company can help.

The only reviewer that I exclusively connect with is MRC , regarding Hottoys,. He lives not to far away from the HQ, and does a great review. IMO he is the best out there regarding HOTTOYS, the others are too busy bragging about how many of each item they’ve going to get, Etc. And at the end of the day, they’re late to the party, it’s not their fault they don’t live in China, but their reviews don’t compare 🎉

I don't have anything bad at all to say about Justin Collectibles because I have enjoyed his videos over the years but I think one of the main reasons why people majority hate Justin is not because they hate him as a person I think it's because of the fact that unlike some people who've been having some very bad situations with toys Wonderland when it comes to getting their items or it's broken or perhaps they're waiting for them for years on end and never received them or trying to return them and getting nothing more but a bunch of crap and most importantly not being refunded Justin gets his figures and there's not a problem he gets them out the door and once this whole story got and waves everybody's basically piling-on on Justin it's unfortunate that what happened to him but now he is beginning to understand what everybody has been going through when it comes to that company and do I stink what toys Wonderland doing is right not at all because it's just amazing how long they have been in business and this is the way they treat their customers as well as people who are the commentators for these items they had the potential to be way more better than Sideshow but they refuse to do that with that customer service and shipping their products and it's just a shame

People hate him as a person because he’s a scumbag. He tried hiding his affiliation with Toys Wonderland in the past, denying the fact that he was working with them, and was simply telling people about them because he love their service, which is an outright lie. He also relied on Toys Wonderland to grow his channel, because being able to push out the newest Hot Toys review ahead of everyone else enable Justin to play with RU-vid’s algorithms, causing more people to be exposed to his channel, and Toys Wonderland are able to scam more people because Justin kept shilling for them. And issues with Toys Wonderland has been ongoing for years. The majority of people losing money from Toys Wonderland are new collectors lured in by Justin, and he knows this. That’s why for a while, he banned or deleted anyone making complaints about TW in his Fb group. That’s Justin that scammer for you.

i tried to do a chargeback on a pre-order with them, Chase bank, and they declined to chargeback due to time lapse. For a pre-order i paid for almost 2 years ago.

ive been collecting 1/6 for over 25 years as an adult. Toys Wonderland owes me over 1k of product for this year. Comic Sanctorum, SAME PEOPLE? scammed me for over 200 usd the previous year. Ive opened paypal cases this week at the final 6 month count. shame.

The best questions are ''How many of his viewers actually bought from Toys Wonderland (for years) and had problems' ? How many complained to him about TW ? if that was even happening'' ? I watch lots of different reviewers and buy from whoever has the best price, No one watches reviews to find a good place to buy from, they just wanna see the figures out of the package before ordering from wherever they choose to. And many reviewers do say when they got an item free buy the way. I do feel bad for those who got ripped off, but how many of his figure reviews led to ordering from that website ?

It would take a couple of days for them to get back to me but they sorted it and sent it out, i got it 2 days after it was shipped and I’m in the UK as well. I feel like if I didn’t message them though it would’ve taken longer to ship.

I’m new to collecting hot toys and after watching some of Justin’s videos I took the plunge 2 weeks ago and bought the endgame iron patriot from toys wonderland. It cost me £250 all in (second hand). I received the dhl tracking number the day after placing my order but the status never changed to the point where I contacted dhl and they told me directly that toys wonderland never handed anything over to them. I emailed toys wonderland twice and never heard back. By pure luck I came across a Facebook group and someone had posted the exact same issue I had and even bought the same day I had and also emailed them and never heard back. The outpouring of reply’s saying you’ve been scammed or to check trust pilot over whelmed me!! Thankfully my bank refunded my money, my only hope is that anyone else who makes the mistake of buying from this place manages to get their money back! Go straight to your bank as you won’t get anywhere with toys wonderland!!

Toys wonderland ow me about 10-20 orders. Some are more than 2 months late I've reached out to the company and 3 weeks have passed and still nothing has been done or sent out..justin is a lier and a con artist

Just watching through the whole stuff. I never really understood the critics of Justins videos. Mostly it was jealousy though in my opinion. Where is the problem if someone gets discount for the figures? Its like being in work and complaining about a guy who works the same as me but gets higher wages. I mean fair play. If he was able to get more for his work. And since when get people criticised for promote something? Is George Clooney called out when Nespresso does something wrong? Never saw anything like that to be honest. And which "Influencer" doesnt get free stuff these days? Its literally why most people even do videos. Do i like it? Nope. But every channel i followed in my life as soon as he got bigger he promoted stuff or took money for letting people ask questions on youtube. Why should it be any different with Figure collecting? Greed always takes over. Most channels are only interesting as long as they arent big enough to make more money out of it. No matter how. And no i dont know Justin. i am just a guy from Austria who likes figures.

Thats all fair and good points. I think we all like people who are relatable. So when someone has a leg up, it could make you feel some type of way. As I mentioned, I've always respected the fact that he says "This is a review copy". I've always loved his videos and will continue to watch them. Justin tells you how glorious every single figure he reviews is then tells you to go buy it from a place that he knows is essentially robbing people and when you bring it up to him he shuts you down. By the way, if Nespresso was screwing over people the way TW does Clooney would drop them like a bad habit.

Those types of situations where people are getting more favors in the average person is not just in collecting is in the entire corporate world sometimes people who don't get Christmas bonuses they will get Christmas bonuses off the table who are commentators by their figures and promote them sometimes the company wants that person to stay with them so perhaps they'll give them an extra discount or a free figure is it right is it fair no it is not but that is the way how certain things are and it is unfortunate that now Justin is paying the price for all of those things to the point that he didn't know that they were certain rules that he should have gone by and he didn't even realize it so yeah he's going to be going to be paying the price and the consequence is what what I don't think is right is that now certain people who were fans of Justin or now piling-on and telling him he should die and leaving all types of threats and that is not right and fair is he paying the price and learn his lesson yes but it is not fair for people who Justin never talked s*** about or Crap turn on now piling-on and just being rude in the community
