i did this b4 with electrical tape and always wondered if the gas would dissolve the tape adhesive ,but i sold the car next two pumps i did ,i crimped one and the other after that i learned to solder and heat shrink wrap good video!!
Needs: OEM sock or different new one so it doesnt start sucking air at 1/4 tank left. Dont use ziptie in gas use a hose clamp around the pump and hanger for longevity.
I got that very same pump on my Civic but I ran into a problem with that Filter. It seems like it doesn't sucks up gas below a quarter tank. I ran out of fuel & my tank wasn't empty. I suggest you use the OEM (sock) filter on that pump.

I have a k20a2 and been running a vf38 small boy. Now I got a gt35 and she's breaking up at like 3 lbs. Vf38 let me have all the way up to 7 lbs before afrs got a lol weird. I just costom build a sid winder manifold and all I wanna do if feel it even at like 3 lbs till I can get extra fuel.
