exactly, the dimensions are in CAD, the parts require little if any fixturing for welding.

Thanks - I do plan to offer these manifolds for sale after a bit of testing. Thats actually why i went to such trouble of custom CNC machining it instead of doing a one off hand maid part

@@tuningbynick big details are, K1 rods, Wiseco 10:1 pistons, CSS block reinforced, SuperTech springs seats retainers, k20 oil pump, Garrett GTX 3576R Gen 2. 93 pump and 50/50 water methanol injection. Trans will need to be reinforced at a minimum with Gear X 1-4 or use PPG but they're stupid expensive. Cuffs can help, and reinforcing the case will help too. The trans should be considered glass.

Very nice - Which turbo kit are you using and are you still running the Z7 head? Interesting you are running water meth, how much boost did it take to hit 700?. I have to tune a lot of water meth kits around here because we dont have access to E85 at the pumps

Tuning by Nick I have the PRL hot side but everything else is custom. Same, no access to E85... took 27-30psi. Using ARP head studs and a cosmetic .051 head gasket to reduce static compression. I’ve since switched to individual port injection and I’m working on a sidewinder frank setup now with a k20z3 head.

two step performance and full race make a turbo manifold for the k24z7. i’m currently researching to see if one of them will be able to fit on my k24z3 with the same single manifold port

Looks awesome! I'm very curious how it will perform on the dyno. People talk bad about the single port heads not flowing well but for a turbo I can't see why that will be an issue as the turbo is the smallest restriction in the system. Very excited to see how this goes. What is your power goal ?

Should be fine all the new turbo Honda motor’s are ran through single exhaust ports

Yeah, it's funny that they complain about the R40 motors yet praise the k20c which also only has vtec on one cam and an integrated exhaust port. Imo, the k24z3 and z7 are better since they don't have the extra complication of direct injection and are more readily available.

Thanks - I too cant wait to see how the setup will perform. the plan for power levels is minimum 400 as a starting point. Then push the stock engine and see what it can handle on pump gas. I also have a second engine in the works with a power goal of 600+

I realize you've gotta work with what you've got but I'm curious why this engine over an A2? I'm running a log manifold and GT35 on my K24A2 but my tuner swore up and down that logs are terrible...but I have to imagine my log is still better than that integrated manifold. Nevertheless I'm still only hitting 424 to the wheels on 91/92 pump so you're doing better than me still :-)

What about the variable pressure system by Mazda, Twinpower by BMW/twin scroll, or twin turbo? Are those systems used in more modest applications? Is turbo lag addressed differently on a Honda with a large turbo at high boost, custom injection and ecu mapping? The aforementioned systems tie into a multi-port exhaust manifold, whereas Honda uses a single port.

Will there be some for the s chassis s13 to be exactly cause I bought a k24z7 with 60k on it for 280 then buy a k24a2 with 170k for 900 an hard to find a na or turbo set exhaust manifolds

Do you plan to make a support for the turbo or upgrade the exhaust studs. Since its only four bolts they may snap with the weight.

That won't be an issue. The existing manifolds do the same.

I am not concerned about snapping the bolt/stud - I am more concerned about them loosening off tho. I have safety wire them to prevent them loosening off

What wiring and computer are you using? I have started swapping the k24z7 into an old Honda and was planning on using hondata flash pro

Im running a stand alone Syvecs ECU and made my own custom harness - I dont think trying to use a Flashpro would be a good idea - it'll be very hard to keep the ECU happy in a swap application - If i were you i would consider an ECU like ECU Master EUM Black

The goal is only 400 to 450 WHP on this stock K24 Engine - The Original Porsche engine only made 300 WHP on my dyno. So an extra 100 to 150 WPH will be a good upgrade

Intercooler is mounted behind Driver side rear wheel sort of like a 997 Turbo - Its all mounted, i'll have another update video soon
