I bought the 601 but returned it a day later the leads kept falling out of the bottom of it the slightest little pull and the leads will pop out. I Purchased the 600y for $26 on Amazon. Excellent little meter for the price lead connections are where they should be this way you can use it while it’s in the protective case. For some reason out of all these videos I’ve seen on RU-vid. Nobody’s done a battery life test which leads me to wonder how bad can it be? I have a feeling that will be the one achilles’ heel. The fact that most of these people that do the testing have gotten the meters for free may want to look the other way just like they did for Joe Biden when they elected him and still do.
