She knows that by abusing these young teenagers who have not matured yet to serve quads and triples with unsustainable technique, by having ISU in a chokehold to overlook and inflate her student's scores, and by having an army of younger skaters ready to peak once they turn senior, she can rule figure skating for years to come. And I hate it. And I hate that this is completely allowed by the rules as well. Totally agree the ISU needs reform. The age limit must be raised to 17 or 18 if we want to have a competitive sport where women won't have to retire once their body begins to change. Figure skating isn't even interesting anymore. I love these 15 year old skaters, but I have already seen what happened to Yulia. To Alina. To Evgenia. To Polina. Tursynbaeva even. This woman Eteri just destroys the bodies of her skaters, who peak for a couple of seasons, bringing her laurels and fame, and then once they fall to injury, are promptly replaced. I never felt so powerless. With the ISU so far up Eteri's ass, I doubt we'll see any change in the near future.

Kamila doesn’t jump quad lutz and flip jumps, so there isn’t any technical issue with it.

Skaters also tend to add rippon or tano on every jump, which Technically makes the jump difficult and should make it elegant however, rippon on every jumps make it eye sore for me. Skaters who have excessive prerotation, take advantage with the rippon though, as they have very awkward take off from the arch back and the over twisting body. Rippon, or hand above the head make their axis or point of axis straight as their shoulders align with the body,

We don't hate her. A Lutz isn't supposed to have that much pre rotation. It's not only poor technique it's dangerous

I am a figure skater, I know how hard a triple lutz is. I have been working on 2Lz for a while and can't even imagine doing a triple. But.. the lutz is a counterrotational toe jump, so that means you should only take off with the toepick while on the outside edge. Rotating 270° on the toepick not only defeats the purpose of a toe jump, it also ruins the counterrotation made by the outside edge because the edge will have lifted before the on ice rotation is complete. So yes I agree, a 3Lz is hard. And the 3Looptz Kamila performed is also hard, but it can't be classified as a lutz jump, let alone a lutz jump garnering +1.43 GOE.
