For me it’s not even reasonable doubt. All the evidence shows she’s innocent

Thats a hell of a battle for the cop on the jury to defend LE. Missing reports, a completely botched investigation, missing chains of custody for evidence, no search reports, manipulated video evidence, not writing down an alleged confession and not mentioning the confession until the day of trial. The horrifying text messages from the investigator. The accident guy not understanding 5th grade basic physics. There's no way he is defending other cops.

@@stacyeandrew2 I haven't followed this super close for quite some time, but i will guarantee an area like this wont have the greatest investigative capabilities. Its not a huge metro area with world class investigators so I can easily see there being issues with paperwork, dates, evidence, basically all the small stuff that you don't think about unless you have been in this sort of trial. That said its absurd to believe that every single person involved immediately (or very soon after emergency call) came to the realization that karen has to be framed for this, that even though they don't what exactly happened she needs to be framed. I think this story has become somewhat twisted as channels have zeroed in that coverage pro-karen yields better results... So i dont think we get a truly square assessment. Its way too complicated for all of these people to be instantly on the same page, and one never decide to be honest. The simplest circumstance is almost always the factual circumstance. The times that the simplest isnt correct its nowhere near this convoluted, and involved with so many people. I think you have to be a little thick to believe the defense story, but i think small pieces may allow reasonable doubt...

Some cases go unsolved. Unfortunately. Nobody can prove how he actually died. So nobody goes to prison. But I think that’s better than an innocent person going to prison.

Based on my little knowledge of the case I assumed she accidentally hit him. Then I watched the trial. This case should have been declared a mistrial by the judge.

I completely agree. All the supposed cover up doesn't exist. She's guilty and she doesn't care she killed a man.

She may be the devil....but doesn't change the fact that there is reasonable doubt so it's not guilty. That's the law. How it should work. But this judge does whatever she wants.

She didn't do what they said. They never proved that Mr. O'Keefe was struck by a motor vehicle...because he wasn't. Not Guilty.

There is definitely reasonable doubt. Clear doubt. Can't convict a person on how we feel or worse, based on our own thoughts of what we think maybe hhappened.
