The judge told them they have to agree on everything, without clear instructions that everything is for each count. The judge didn’t make this clear. I can easily see where people not working with law might not understand this. It’s Bev’s fault, but also attorneys for not asking her to make that clear.

Also, Chris Albert’s 1994 Hit And Run Homicide Shows He Hired Judge Beverly Cannone’s Expensive Attorney Brother, Police Never Questioned Him About Drunk Driving. Beverly Cannone’s Brother Was Chris Albert’s Attorney When He Killed a Man In a 1995 Crash, He Worked With Jill Daniels’ Father At Quincy Courthouse. Chris Albert fled the scene and then turned himself in. This family has done many wrongdoings with none or hardly any consequences.

Karen Reed bailed John's brother Paul O'Keefe out of jail, not the judge. Agree with all the corruption going on, I also want to add that it looks like the police, the state police, and possibly the DA's office hydrate with beer instead of water. Unfortunately, many dead brain cells from all that drinking are in the brains of people whose decision affects people's lives...like accusing an innocent woman of hitting a person with a 6000lbs car which was proven to be factually impossible.

The judge is friends with the actual murderers.

One correction. Karen bailed Paul Okeefe out of jail from his 24 mph dui car accident he caused in which an elderly man was paralyzed. He blames Karen, who never hit John with her car, yet he actually DID cause a serious accident while drunk. And you can google the photo from his accident which shows how much damage a 24 mph accident actually does. You can't make this stuff up.

I think that most people who think that Read did it, didn't think that she did it intentionally. The murder 2 charge was an overreach. @@melistasy did you even watch the trial? I never said if I agree with the prosecution or defense. Simply stated what we all witnessed. That there was a lot of bias on her part. It’s not my opinion. It’s a fact. Prosecution was treated completely different than the defense in many different ways. She should have never been the judge to begin with. There was a huge conflict of interest but I guess Mass. doesn’t care about that.

Probably when seen the news and realised. If polled the jury it wouldn't have come to this . It's like no one wants a clear case or justice. It's crazy

You should read the form submitted today by the defense. The process that SHOULD HAVE HAPPENED didn’t. The judge was out of line for declaring a mistrial without hearing from the attorneys. There’s plenty of case law (noted in today’s brief) proving that procedure wasn’t followed by the judge when she rendered her decision.

I am glad they saw what this judge, Lalle, and LE were trying to get KR convicted for no reason. Bevie, it backfired on you and everyone else involved.

They will come up in that search and you'll likely find a pdf with all the back and forth correspondence including with the judge, as well (on the matter of the fed investigation). It is clear that the DA was furious that the US atty (Levy) didn't notify them about the investigation and that it was taking place at all. I believe the jury should have been informed and told - while there is no conclusion, there was cause for a fed (and a separate state police) investigation into the investigators on this case. Imagine voting Guilty then learning the lead investigator was fired within days of the verdict? I'd feel duped and guilty if I were in those shoes. The trial should not have commenced until the investigations were concluded, in my opinion, since some of the evidence and much of the testimony may have been deemed to be invalid, flawed, bogus, etc., as a result of one or both of the investigations.
