Sir, Would you please explain Breathing tech. While performing this asan? Should we take breath while twisting or realease it? Thank you 🙏

Namaste Pramath Pathak Ji. Along with exhalation, we should twist and go to the final position. While coming back to centre, we should inhale. In the final position, we should breath few slow and rhythmic breaths.

Sir, how long should one hold the pose on each side? Is there a maximum limit which must not be exceeded, or should one hold it as long as one can? Also how many times should one do it consecutively? Thank you

Namaste Rajan C K ji You can repeat it twice. You can hold this posture for around 3 to 5 mins... What is more important is how you feel when you are holding the posture, that should decide the time duration. Thank you for watching our videos. Take care and God Bless.
