I was in Junior High when KC and the Sunshine Band hit the Airwaves, many of their Songs were perfect for doing The Bump, and KC was a Dreamboat.

I was 20 years old when this song was playing non-stop on the radio. I didn't really like disco much at the time. I have to be honest and say that my musical appreciation ability was limited and primitive back then. Eventually my music horizon expanded greatly, and I developed an appreciation for most types of music. Many songs and music types that I thought I hated as a young man are loved and appreciated now, even disco and KC & The Sunshine Band.
