I've only been to one NFL game, a home game for the Tampa Bay Bucs. Went with my stepson and his wife. They don't drink, I had 2 or 3 beers. Everyone around us was cool. I wasn't expecting high fiving strangers but I really enjoyed that.

This is why I don’t like going to games anymore, I used to attend games every season, I even went to games in rival stadiums, but this issue with people looking for fights has gotten worse over time. The last game I went to had 2 fights close to me, a bunch of close to turning into fights also nearby. There was a man letting a little girl who appeared under the age of 5 run up and down the stairs while drunks were pushing at each other. The general mood was chaotic nonsense, and the home team won, and it was a great game. Should’ve been a great time. I may never attend another game, and I’ll be fine if I don’t.

Then I'd get charged with excessive force and still lose in the long run.

I had a similar event happen to me at a KC game. Drunk old lady behind me kept flipping my hat and messing with me. Made the game hell. I've heard of similar stories.
Was at afc championship as a Bengals fan, the fans around me called the jerk line and me and my friends for no reason. Security came and moved us to better seats and apologized for their fans. Said they had problems a lot with that section

Something like this happened to me. A drunk woman behind me kept grabbing my shirt. She and her drunk friends thought they were being cute. I had enough, turned around and shouted, "Stop grabbing my shirt you OLD FARTS!" They were only about late thirties but you should have seen the bruised ego look on their faces. Probably the last time they went to a game.
What a delightful and beautiful creature she must be at home. I can see her reaction to her families less than exited response to her cuisine as she pulls it from the microwave and plops it on the table in front of them. Everyone sitting at the table knows one of them is about to get cut with the steak knife she's waving around their heads. Just another Hallmark moment with the family.
Sad you have to protect people from themselves. Really protecting the youth. Can't take your kids to games without being subjected to violence, profanity and lewdness. All originates from alcohol.

Once at a Raiders game in Oakland my buddy had a long night with his newborns at home and we all went to a game. He was nodding off after the 1st quarter so I drunk lady behind us started throwing peanuts every couple of minutes. It was ignored until about the 4th peanut and my buddy turned around poured his beer down her shirt and palm shoved her in the nose stiff enough to bend her back over her seat. She was quiet after that but because we knew she would call security and my buddy could not afford the bogus assault charge, we quietly left the stadium. Women are sent to destroy. Punch em real fast and get outta dodge. Never turn your back to an angry one.
