KEBAB CURRY-
Ingredients:
- 4 - 5 seekh kebab
-1 cheese slice
-2 tbsp. oil
-1 bay leaf
-1 black cardamom
-3 - 4 cardamom
-1 javitri
-Few peppercorns & cloves
-3/4th cup onion paste
-1 tsp. turmeric
-1 tsp. red chilli powder
-1 tsp. chopped green chillies
-1 tsp. coriander powder
-1 tsp. cumin powder
-1/4th cup yoghurt
-Salt to taste
-3/4th cup tomato puree,
-1.5 cups water
-Pinch of kasoori methi powder
-3/4th cup cream
-Few sprigs of chopped coriander
-2 tbsp. chopped spring onions
-1 tsp. cream
Recipe:
-Take readymade seekh kebab and stuff it with slices of cheese. Heat oil in a pan. Add bay leaf, black cardamom, green cardamom, javitri, peppercorns, cloves and stir it.
-Add onion paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, chopped green chillies and stir it well.
-Add coriander powder, cumin powder and cook on slow flame. Add yoghurt and quickly stir it.
-Add salt, fresh tomato puree and stir it. Add water and allow it to come to a boil.
-Cut the seekh kebab into small chunks and add it to the gravy, add kasoori methi powder and cook for 20 minutes.
-Turn off the fire and add cream and mix it gently. Add chopped coriander leaves.
-Garnish with spring onions and a dash of cream.
FRUIT CREAM-
Ingredients:
-3/4th medium bowl yoghurt
-2 tbsp. powdered sugar
-1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
-5 - 6 almonds
-Handful of pistachio
-1 pear
-1 apple
-1 banana
-2 tbsp. pomegranate seeds
-2 tbsp. tutti frutti
-1 muffin
-Few blueberries
-1 swiss roll
-1 tsp chia seeds
Recipe:
-Take a bowl, add curd and whisk it. Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract and mix it well. Take almonds, pistachio and chop it finely. Add it to the curd.
-Chop banana, pear, apple into small cubes and add it. Mix it lightly. Add some pomegranate seeds, tutti frutti, mashed muffin and sliced blueberries to it. Cut slices of swiss roll.
-In a glass, put pomegranate seed as the base, then put swiss roll and pour the fruit cream mixture. Garnish with blueberries and chia seeds. Serve chilled.
