I am very sensitive to cold as I'm getting older. I'm using cold water therapy to condition my hands and feet. They say dunk your hands in cold water for 2 - 8 minutes twice a day. Water temp should less than 10 celsius, typically with ice cubes. I'm just using tap water at 6 C and after a couple of weeks it's helping.
I recently got a pair of GripGrab Merino Liners that I use under my winter gloves. They feel relatively comfortable and warm, but I haven't tested them in temperatures below -5°C or on long rides yet.
My favorite gloves are a hybrid of a lobster and an insulated glove, giving you precise digits for the first fingers and then half mitten for the rest. I find them very warm, currently down to about -15. They could go colder. They don't seem to be available in Norway though, decathlon sell them in Europe and I guess could be imported.

But I like being having the option of heating the index finger with the middle finger. Now, depending on the size of your fingers, you might not find a lobster glove that allows you to move your middle finger between compartments.
@@EMTBVideos Haven't seen these before. I guess so, although only a single finger. I sometimes wear thin gloves in my mittens if it's extra cold, but if you are further south, you've been experiencing -25 so I have no idea how well they'd perform.
@@claudioriotti-riotmtbexp I did... seems to have gone. They also seem out of stock now. They were called Triban winter cycling gloves. Only the over-gloves seem left. Definitely a winner imo. The OP has something similar below.
I'm really interested in the battery cover on your bike. I've thought of getting one of those. Have you noticed an improvement in battery life while riding in the cold with your battery covered?
We did a test a few years ago. We couldn't see an increased consumption from a colder battery. But on the Shimano-powered bikes, we noticed the cold battery bike could cut the motor power before the battery was completely drained.
