The exit poll is out, Rishi Sunak is in massive trouble and Labour will be the next government. By the geniuses @swedemason and Jason Spacey. Subscribe to our new podcast now, or you're a silly goose: linktr.ee/pubcast
No some anger is justified. Starmer isn’t perfect (he could be stronger against Israel), but that’s not an excuse to point out the massive success he’s had in one weekend. People should both see the great start Starmer has as PM, whilst recognising they can hold him to account.
He had it already. That crap he pulled with the SNP and the Speaker was just the tip. Only folk happy about this, likely live in Israel. *I said what I said*
I'd like for Starmer to prove he's actually for the working class and make university affordable instead of blaming us "being lazy" for the lack of medical staff. One could only dream.
So there's this song called Cocaine Socialism by Pulp. I'm sure you can make it work with Keir Toolmaker ft. Jezza, Tony B, Mick Lynch and a surprise cameo by George Galloway?
You don't know what you just done do you it's honestly laughable people think oh yes the party that bankrupted cities and did a horrendous job as First Minister of Wales let's vote that party they will be much better then the other one. You should've saw the signs and voted for someone different someone who can bring reform to this once great country as that's what it needs a restructure from the ground up.
If Starmer can’t turn this country around, then noone can. We’ve now actually and finally got a leader whose not a corrupt rich businessman! Only been in politics for 9 years so hasn’t forgotten why he wanted to be one on the first place.
Oh please , heh said himself he’d rather be in Davos , among his elite pals .In opposition he went along with Tory policies, infact was more extreme in some .
Reform gets 4 million votes and gets 5 mps and Liberal Democrats get half a million less votes and gets 72 mps, the Electoral System is fatally flawed 😢
@icravedeath.1200 I'll explain it for you if you don't understand: when starmer says 'tool maker' he implies that his dad either worked or is a very small business owner (self employed). The original comment had 'factory' at the end to imply that starmers father was always well off and didn't actually try or work hard
@@Maksimszz The OP seems to be implying that his Dad owned the means of production and was part of the problem. I don't think they were rich, far from it.
Do you have a reference for the fact that he owned the factory? edit: from what I can work out, this comes from a phrase that his dad once used describing it as “my factory”. Hardly conclusive.
Miss videos like these, don’t get me wrong I find the ai videos hilarious but u have to appreciate the effort that goes into finding all the footage to splice into a song
Coming from America right now, really unexpectedly moving speech to believe in. Our uncle's pretty cool sometimes but he'll beat us if we mention his genocide support is bad.
You know, you never do miss the liberal conservatives who get you there, until they fall to the opposition's populist ADC who they've fed by doing so little in so many significant subjects.
Actually the opposite. The Tories were in power for 14 years so there was an anti-incumbency factor. They're also pretty unpopular due to all their austerity cuts and slashing of public services. Plus it doesn't help that most of them are basically opportunists who don't even believe in their ideology, unlike Thatcher and her generation. Given all that there was little Sunak could've done to stop the Labour wave.
Not a fan but I think he is more left wing than he pretended to be pre election. I hate his Gaza policy but I think he may do more to help the ordinary people than we think
Joe, may I thank you for ditching the AI deepfakes. While they were undoubtedly easier to make, these have more energy and the 'cut' style is what I've learned to love about these. Thank you, and keep doing what you're doing. Love these, let's get Britain back onto the world stage!
Geez, you're firing on all cylinders with this one. Just absolutely on point. Let's hope it's true that the Tories and Reform have been deep sixed. The tories won't disappear, but they need a good session in the Naughty Corner. I hope the electorate give Kier Starmer the time to untangle the mess the Tories have left behind, and move the country in a better direction. 5 years won't be enough.
Well they got 5 years to do something noticable and go "you like how things are currently going? keep us in for it to continue" Though party might end up collapsing after 5.... seems to be tradition.
Kier was poor when he grew up. He only learned how to play the flute, the violin, the piano and only went on holiday to the french riviera. All the traits of a poor working class lad. Are you all feeling clever yet. ?
Wait for the results . I live opposite a polling station and it doesn't seem to have been very busy all day. I suspect that there will be a very low turn out probably the lowest ever.
