Suspect was driving his vehicle down the road and crossed into traffic where he could have hit someone head on causing an accident and possibly injuring or killing an innocent person. If the traffic stop was “illegal” that would have been mentioned in court that it was illegal and it would be nationwide news that an agency conducted a traffic stop that was illegal, but that’s not what happened….. Anyways, The deputy conducted a traffic stop because of the erratic driving behaviors of the suspect which is fully legal, not illegal. If the suspect would have followed the simple commands from the officer, none of this would have happened. If he had drugs or something illegal on him, he could have went to court and fought whatever it is. Shooting and killing an officer over weed, come on…

I really wanted to think that it was the victims family crying, hearing the charges being read out in court sometimes makes it all feel even more real. That being said, one of the crying voices at the end said “I love you” to which he responded “I love you too” as they were leading him out. 🤢🤮.

He also opened his door, leaned out and fired a shot at an already down (and possibly already deceased) officer to confirm the kill. Any self defense claim is invalid.

It's not his decision. He lost that and with good cause. He knew plain and simple. What he did swerving on the road was really no big deal and Would pale in comparison to what the cops would find on him. For one, A felon in possession of a firearm was sending him straight back to his proper home. So I guess that means you just go ahead and murder people doing their job.

After he shot two cops, killing one, he took off in the car. Dumped the car, ran off with the gun (and who knows what else) Ran off to a relative's house. Lifetime felon, went to prison for prior arrests for multiple assaults, possession of a gun by a felon, drugs, strangling a woman. He was on carcam driving repeatedly into the oncoming lane
I dont agree with what this man did in no way but I also don’t agree with hiding the fact they obviously beat him up to some degree. It’s obvious and I know they are mad and hurt but violence from those who took an oath to protect and serve regardless of circumstances should never be forgotten and personal emotion should be set aside, as unfair and hard as that sounds and is. This man will get his day in court. It’s obvious he was abused in some form or fashion and that’s wrong! We don’t live in the damn 50’s and 60’s eras anymore. Prime example was the video of the cop pushing him out of the patrol car from behind and doing so with an obvious angry manner as you could hear him say something like “get the fuck out!” Or “get the hell out!” Something like that and never mind the fact that him pushing him out of the patrol car from behind wasn’t even necessary because the cops were having no issues from the entry side. This man’s treatment should be investigated imo. I came to this conclusion only after I watched every video offered of his capture. I will also say my emotions are double sided because while I agree this evil man should take accountability and hasn’t but has asked for his own leniency and that’s wrong too. This is a case of two wrongs don’t make it right. The police should always be held to a higher standard and yes even when one of their own is gunned down and that sounds harsh and it is but that is the job and the oath fair or not. Things will never change in this country if it doesn’t start and end with that understanding.
