Thanks for sharing and this is a great idea. 😀Btw, coconut flour is made from coconut chaff. It is the chaff dried and pulverized into a powder. 1 cup of coconut chaff blended will yield approximately 3/4 cup fine powder with the carbohydrate count being the same.

ok, this is really awesome. I am from Trinidad and Tobago, we do coo-coo with cornmeal (it is my fav) and I try not to even make it or I am tempted. I can make this for sure. You have to know, I was so stunned to see the blended ochro..I mean, how easy is that , so going to do it for the keto and non-keto for my family. We eat coo-coo with calalloo (made from dasheen leaves or taro root it is called) lots of ochroes in there too. Blessings Sis, new subbie.

gen murrai I make mine, but you since you're in the US, there are so many other alternatives that are available to you, like the psyllium husk powder on amazon, xanthan gum from Walmart, chia seed powder, etc
