I really like the way you shoot and edit your videos, great job! I'm not so sure about liver, but I'd be willing to give it a try. I've never purchased liver in my entire life. Those meatballs look really good though.

@@mostlyKeto I would have assumed it's for moisture retention. In regular meatballs the breadcrumbs are a key ingredient for soaking up juices that would otherwise spill out.
It would be great the have some lamb liver, but I have not seen it anywhere near where I live in the US. Could I make that recipe with ground Bison, and chicken liver? Was that kale and cabbage? :)
