Keto Mocha Cake (1 batter 3 flavours)
生酮摩卡咖啡蛋糕(一種麵糊三種口味)
INGREDIENTS 材料
120g (1 cup) almond flour 杏仁粉
50g (1/4 cup) monk fruit sweetener 羅漢果糖
2 tsp baking powder 泡打粉
5 eggs 雞蛋
113g (1/2 cup) melted butter 融化牛油
1 tsp vanilla extract 香草精
2 tbsp cocoa powder 可可粉
2 tsp instant coffee powder dissolved with 1 tbsp hot water 兩茶匙即溶咖啡粉加一湯匙熱水溶解
METHOD 做法
1) Preheat your oven to 180C. Line a loaf pan (I use 8.5 X 4.5 inches) with baking paper.
將烤箱預熱至180°C。 在麵包盤上(我用8.5 X 4.5英寸)鋪上烘焙紙。
2) Use a big bowl, combined the almond flour, Monk Fruit sweetener and baking powder.
用一個大碗,將杏仁粉,羅漢果糖和泡打粉混合。
3) Whisk in the eggs, melted butter and vanilla extract until smooth .
加入雞蛋,融化牛油和香草精攪拌至順滑。
4) Separate the batter to 3 bowls. One bowl remain original, second bowl add cocoa powder and third bowl add coffee liquid, both stir well.
將麵糊分開放入三個碗。一碗保持原味,第二碗加入可可粉,第三碗加入咖啡液,攪拌均勻。
5) The 3 flavours of the batter add in one by one to the prepared loaf pan and use a stick to stir a pattern.
將這三種麵糊的口味逐一倒入準備好的麵包盤中,並用一根筷子攪拌出圖案。
6) Bake the cake about 45~50 minutes until puffed and fragrant, and a toothpick inserted in its center comes out clean.
烘烤蛋糕約四十五至五十分鐘,直至膨脹和香氣出來,並且插入中心的牙籤出來是乾淨的。
