This is the best recipe I've tried for keto potato salad .tasty and really healthy. Keep making these easy to cook and inexpensive to make recipes. There are no exotic ingredients and even the finicky folks enjoy. The only problem is I just finished the last piece of lasagna and and need to make more too!!!

You need to get your hand up further on the knife, grip it just past the handle (yes your thumb will rest on the blade) Gives you better control, allows your wrist to do the work. Recipe is awesome! can't wait to try it :)
Being from Texas and having German roots I LOVE a good mustardy potato salad. Lived Keto for the past year and I have missed potato salad with my brisket. I am going to make this recipe this weekend! So excited! Thanks!
Im going to try this too. BTW i made your version of chile "my way". I had a piece of pork butt i cooked in the instant pot with the same seasonings as the chile. Chopped it up and thru it in with all your suggestions plus extra green chilies..Delicious! Didn't miss the beans at all!
Look's delicious, I like the recipe with the cauliflower, will give it a try. Mentioned on a previous video but going to go with the Japanese mayonaise, it's amazing, more expensive but in my opinion it's worth it.

It looks really good. This may be the one way I will start eating cauliflower. I just assumed I would not like it. I have never tasted it. I am a big potato salad fan. Therefore, since cauliflower is a healthy substitute I am feeling excited to try it finally. The 🥚 egg slicer is a must have. I need one and a couple of laying hens 🐔🐣 now that this COVID-19 has us a bit temporarily homebound from going in crowds. Maybe now my neighbors who are just a LOT apart will not complain about the noise. Mrs. Crabby across the street would surly report us... Again., lol! For the third time for even lesser things. @@astheroostercrows6435 Well, guess what.... I Google it and yes, I can have chickens. I doubt I have enough room for the ordinance. Roosters are not allowed. I am cool with that. I just need safe eggs with hard shells. Not, these paper thin eggs popping up in the supermarkets. If, Mrs. Crabby neighbor complain to the city they will come out to make sure everything is in order and chicks are well taken care of. I will phone to find out if, I can get away with the amount of space I have. I only need three hens. There was a odd question to the backyard chicken club. Q: Can a hen turn into a Rooster? Apparently, she will take on rooster behavior and tendencies to protect the rest of the girls. If, a rooster returns to the coop dominant girl will go back to laying eggs and acting like a lady again. Wow! Same as in a family when a parent is gone older kids take on the parent responsibilities. Thanks for mentioning the possibility of having backyard chickens. 🐣YAY!
@@barbaraspan1437 I started out with 3 hens and that was plenty egg production for just me. I hate bad neighbors. I had THE WORST neighbors in Louisiana. So glad to be away from that! Good luck with your hen keeping, but be careful, you WILL become a chicken addict! Lol
I love cauliflower “potato” salad. I make it every time I make the regular potato salad because I prefer it and appreciate no/low carbs. You use more spices than I do. Next time I’ll try your version. Thank you!

I think I could go for that! I see cauliflower used in alot of keto dishes, and they sound pretty good, but I saw one that made rice pudding out of cauliflower, and I was like what the f#$%!!! That would be strange. :/
1 cup chopped yellow onion is 7g, I didn't use quite a cup. 1 tablespoon sweet relish has 5 grams. You are getting such a small amount of both I don't think it would be enough to knock you out of ketosis. I ate on this for 5 days
Yeah it looks nice. Definitely..when the ingredients such as onion celery mustard and mayonnaise. I would imagine if add fresh finely chop chillies would add the zing to it.. I had tried replaced mayo with plain Greek yoghurt. Still delicious...

I've made it b4 and I do prefer it over reg potatoe salad. It's yummy. I was shocked at how good it is. Doesn't the sweet relish knock you out of ketosis though?? Tyfs God bless you

I am going to have to give the cauliflower a shot in my recipe. The wife has been diagnosed type 2 so our diet has changed immensely. I will say that I am getting a bit tired of the cauliflower though. Loving the channel keep it up!
I've tried other cauliflower dishes and I did not like them, but this I really did like. Recipe coming up for a Keto Cheesecake also that is absolutely delicious!

My “egg man” told me years ago that eggs do not have to be refrigerated. Now I have an egg lady and she says same but to wash them before using. Always did anyway except for store bought.
