Great video content! Forgive me for chiming in, I am interested in your thoughts. Have you heard about - Dinanlinson Perfection Guide Approach (google it)? It is a great one of a kind guide for losing unwanted belly fat minus the hard work. Ive heard some decent things about it and my buddy after many years got cool success with it.

I would like the name of the recipes on the video .... the food looks good but I do not like going to a web site for recipes ... but I did like I "print" the recipes easily to my computer... made everything easier.

Would have been better to list amount of each ingredient and full directions instead of people have to go to different website or video to find it.. all the recipes look good..

What kind of dipping sauce is that for califlower? The pan you used to make bread in microwave where did you get that or what kind is it?

Not sure what their recipe is, but here are a couple I love: 1. 1/2 cup sour cream, 2 tablespoons mustard, and and 3/4 teaspoon of grated horseradish. 2. 1/2 cup sour cream, teaspoon of sriracha 3. 1/3 cup sour cream, 1/3 cup crumbled bleu cheese, 1 tbl olive oil, 1 tbl vinegar, salt 4. 1/3 cup sour cream, 1/2 avocado, finely chopped parsely, cilantro, and dill, salt In all of the above, some or all of the sour cream can be replaced with keto mayonnaise. Of course, you can add or subtract salt, pepper, cayenne, or some herbs to taste. Some people might like to add a touch of sweetener to 1 and 2.

I switch the heavy cream to dairy free butter(smart balance) and milk, and the cheese is hard to sacrifice but there are options for non-dairy cheese

omg! i'm looking for a easy to make side and i'm like wow. so i go back to see measurements but did not see any, and they do not give the name of the recipe so i can not look it up.
