Keto Tortillas or Keto Naan? It's both!! It's basically a Keto flatbread made with almond flour. Now I've already done a recipe for a Keto naan/tortilla using coconut flour a few years ago.
And might I add that the video has crossed over 1 million views!!! As with each of these recipes that use coconut flour, the first question I get is 'Can this be made with almond flour?'. And that is why I decided to just go ahead and make this recipe.

I'm gonna try this but I'm gonna roast several garlic cloves in the oven, then smash it into goo and add it to the dough. I'm also gonna add a little xantham gum to make it Chewier. I think the roasted garlic will add a pleasant texture.

Cheers for such an interesting, easy to follow and healthy recipe ! I’m only learning how to make this kind of stuff and today made the biggest mess trying to make potato paratha that was completely out of shape and had way too much flour attached to it I basically covered my entire kitchen floor. I'm in the US and before keto, made loads of tortillas so I have two tortilla presses. They do work well for keto tortillas, too! Definitely using some plastic wrap, for sure!!

That idea of using the bottom of a frying pan to flatten the dough is Genius. What a simple idea. I did buy a tortilla press a few weeks ago.. I wouldnt have bothered had I seen this way first as the press is quite small whereas this method allows you to make larger circles and ideal for pizzas.

Recommend a rolling pin cover cloth and/or pastry cloth. When dealing with sticky doughs it saves work and carbs as you don’t require nearly as much dusting flour during the rollout. You can make your own, of course, but they’re easy to find on any kitchen gadget site and often under $10 as a set.
